Lauren is the best!!!! She is an excellent Physical Therapist.She was able to get me to do things that I thought I could not do. She is very kind and, understanding and professional. She works with you and is able to rehab you without having you in pain,in doing so.I highly recommend her! She is the best!!!!

I had a delightful and very productive experience under the skillful care of Lauren and her team. My neck pain is gone through use of directed exercises and without any meds or surgery, thus fully meeting my objective. Will immediately go back if the neck pain ever returns.

I was a patient at the Fort Mitchell benchmark Physical Therapy.I just want to say that Lauren is the best!! She was very kind, understanding and professional. She was able to get me to do stuff that I thought I could not do and also able to rehab me without pushing me beyond my limits to where I was in serious pain.I was greatly saddened that they are transferring her to Burlington. I really enjoyed working with her at Fort Mitchell. She is the best!!!!!

I’ve been to quite a few different PT’s and by far lauren has been the best. She’s been extremely helpful, super kind, and no matter who else has an appointment with me it feels like friends hanging out. I love the atmosphere and the encouragement. I wish I would have found her sooner!!

Fantastic staff! This is not the typical physical therapy office where you sit in a corner and everything is awkward and quiet. They have made my recovery so easy and fun.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Not only is the space extremely comfortable the attention you receive from Lauren and Brooke is outstanding! They truly care about thier clients and provide the best experience possible. Would highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been there already!

Benchmark has been such an inviting and welcoming place! Everyone is so friendly and makes this such a positive environment. Lauren has been so helpful with my ankle injury. She has given me home exercises and has increased my mobility; as well as the strength in my ankle. I have a very intense, physical job, which was difficult due to my injury. Lauren has made my everyday activities and work tasks more manageable, efficient, and much more achievable. I would recommend Lauren at Benchmark to anyone who needs physical therapy!

I had a severe Achilles rupture off the heal bone and was devastating as I’m very active and have 3 kiddos. From the time I started therapy 6 weeks post surgery to now (less than 4 months post surgery) I am able to lightly jog, low impact jumping, walking and exercising easily (including back squats again), golfing since 10 weeks post surgery and pretty much back to the normal excluding running and the higher impact sports like basketball. Hope to be skiing in the next month or two. All this was legitimately possible by Lauren Overstreet and her therapy methods. Every session we did something different for a whole hour and she goes way above and beyond. Great service and she knows her stuff. Highly recommend if you want to get back to your normal stuff quicker. Can’t thank her enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I first got sent to physical therapy I thought it was going to be horrible. But Brooke and Lauren have very much changed my opinion! They are both always smiling and welcoming,very personable and even relatable! My neck pain and migraines have improved greatly since starting. I see myself accomplishing my health goals with Laurens help! If you're afraid PT will be a waste of time and money give it a try at the ft. Wright Benchmark! They also do needling and cupping!
