I don’t appreciate being talked to in a passive aggressive manner. Robin, speaking to customers in a rude tone is extremely unprofessional. Given this bank just opened, I was shocked. These are not the kind of people I would want to handle my money. I will be switching banks, it’s not hard to be a kind person.

Don't bank here unless you want to travel to a branch for EVERYTHING. Customer service should be a recording of "i cant help you with that, you'll have to go to a branch"
