Employee was extremely personable and knowledgeable! Went in with the intention of buying protein power, but wasn’t sure which route to go as I am newer to the workout world. The young man helped me identify which one would be best for my lifestyle/goals, and even recommended his favorite flavor(s). Have been using the PB sustained protein blend for a week now and am obsessed.

Employees don’t show up on time. Left 5 min after the time they were supposed to open. I guess they show up when they feel like it. Wasted my time.

I've always been surprised that shops like these stayed open? I don't say that in a judgemental way, but until recently, I had never really been one to shop for supplements. With some recommendations from a doctor, I was looking to see if I could stop by GNC and pick them up. I knew that I was looking for a pretty obscure supplement (that wouldn't be found at Kroger), but I figured that a supplement store would have a larger variety. Honestly...I was surprised at what small variety was there. I also felt like I was a nuisance to the person behind the desk who said they had never heard of the supplement I was looking for. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't have faulted him for them not carrying it, but I guess I felt like he thought I was crazy. I was the only person in the store and after my brief interaction, it kinda made sense. I opted to just buy what I needed online rather than prying or trying to dig further. Not a great experience, but if I knew they had something I needed I'd stop back (but would probably call to check if they had it first).

A family owned business. People are helpful and welcoming. A rewards program is beneficial. They offer the best prices on Quest bars! They even give a discount to Dr. Schumann's patients. Also a good location.

Bought a product in the refrigerator called body bakery peanut butter brownie sammie had a couple bites of it and threw up it was covered in mold trying to figure out how to add these pictures of the mold on the product

A nice store with very helpful staff. They at times were out of stock for what I was looking for, but they were helpful in making sure it was there within a week.
