I ordered delivery thru InstaCart. When the man delivered he acted skiddish and wasn't talkative. He wore a security guard jacket but I didn't get a chance to see what city. I'm thinking Mt. Healthy. His name was Rashad L. I checked my receipt after he pulled away and he stole $173 worth of merchandise on my credit card. He even picked up a set of pots and pans and charged me for it. Be VERY careful when getting delieveries from Instacart. I have contacted them over and over and contacted Kroger store. They both blame it on each other stating they are contractors and not responsible for what the delivery person does. I contacted Kroger corporate office and no one even bothered to return my call. I am done with Kroger. I've even moved all of my rx's. It may not seem like a lot to Kroger, but it made me feel better. It also does not mean much to Kroger that this man stole $173 from me but it does mean a lot to me. I'm on a fixed income and was not prepared for the loss. But apparently, it doesn't matter to anyone involved. I hope that delivery guy rots in hell and I hope more people take their business elsewhere.

I placed a click list order to be picked up between 4-5 on 5.10.2022 and now it's 50 mins later I am still waiting for my order to come out. I have called customer service and get put on hold someone picks up and asks for my name I tell them and get put on hold and for 15 mins then hung up on. I call back and all it does is ring once customer service transfers you. Numerous cars have come and gone and I am still here waiting and waiting and waiting while others are getting loaded and leaving... NEVER USING FORT MITCHELL KROGER AGAIN!

Customers beware: I did my shopping and paid my bill but the cashier forgot to charge for my water on the bottom of my cart. She asked for my credit card so she could charge me for them. I gave it to her. Long story short, she evidently did not clear out the register and I now have to pay $310.47 for another persons groceries (the person behind me in line). Yes I’ve contacted American Express and Kroger several times. Bottom line; I can’t prove this happened therefore I am responsible. I’m 73 and live alone I don’t have money to pay for another persons groceries. JUST DO NOT EVER HAND YOU CARD OVER. EVEN TO THE PERSON WHO IS CHECKING YOU OUT.

I'd rather drive 15 minutes out of my way and go to this Kroger then drive 5 minutes down the road to that nasty Kroger on Madison in Covington. Highly recommended!

WARNING!! Avoid this pharmacy! Drive thru (newly re-done with 2 lanes?) is NEVER open for weeks now. Line for pharmacy begins at or near store entrance. Allow 40 minutes to stand in line. I've gone early morning and right before closing. Same scenario. The last thing you want to do when you or a loved one is sick is to stand in an excessive line WITH them because a drive thru is not available. If you're picking up a maintenance medicine, you run the risk of contracting something from others in the line. Mask or not. I'm unsure why Kroger G.O. isn't transferring other pharmacy techs to help with this location until they can be adequately staffed. Seems like they would be concerned about the health risks posed to their clients in this age of Covid?

Showing up at Kroger's for a necessary ingredients just to find out they don't actually close at midnight like the website site says -- They close at eleven. Perhaps we get all the losers sitting on the side of the building waiting for bus a scholarship instead of cigarettes.

I like Krogers and their products but constantly changing products around in the store is very frustrating not only to me and hearing other customers complaining about it. Yes I know the reason about it but I strictly stick to my list to get in and out.

Terrible service! My fiancé went to the Ft. Mitchell Little Clinic location (Kroger) many times. He made an appointment last night to be seen today. He recently obtained insurance with United Health Care but hasn’t received his card yet. Prior to going to his appointment, he called United Health Care to get all the information he needed in order to be seen; was given everything he needed. When he arrived at the clinic for his appointment he was told he needed the insurance address. He is also covered under another insurance policy which he has used there many times before. They REFUSED to let him use the insurance he previously used there (even though it’s still active). He then offered to pay out of pocket, which they also REFUSED. They asked if he was sure he was not on Medicare. Why would LAUREN SULLIVAN AND DR. TARA PONERIF assume he (an African-American) was on Medicare when nothing was said about Medicare? He was then told that his appointment just past and he would have to reschedule. LAUREN SULLIVAN AND DR. TARA PONERIF REFUSED TO SEE HIM. He said he will be filing a complaint and their response to him was “Good Luck”. He then went to Urgent Care with the same information and was seen without any issues. We will be contacting the state medical board to file a complaint as well as contacting corporate to file a complaint. Racial profiling and stereotyping by healthcare workers or anybody else should NOT be tolerated!

I’m very uncomfortable with the lack of mask enforcement throughout the store. Considering it’s a federal mandate and we are in a global pandemic, you would think it would be mandatory for the protection of workers and other customers. It’s unfortunate that this is still an issue when we have been wearing masks for over a year now. Will be continuing to take my business elsewhere until a mask rule is enforced.
