Had to move my prescription to Walgreens because my medication required extra authentication and these people had no idea how to handle it. Blamed it on my birthday being wrong on my insurance and sent me away twice

Regardless of what the majority of reviews have been, I have found that no matter what pharmacy you have to use for your medication refills or first time pickup, each of the pharmacies are extremely limited on the staffing and operations that they provide so, for whatever the reason you've been upset with this particular location or all Kroger Pharmacy locations, they all work extremely hard to find a way to make sure every customer receives the same level of services, costs, and overall supply of medications hospitals, physicians, and nurses in the medical field are submitting to each of their pharmacy locations.
Thank you for all your hard work and effort to make sure our health is in good hands. Each of you deserves the utmost respect for what you have to handle with every customer's orders.

We’ve been Kroger pharmacy customers for just about 7 years. When my sons waiver services were suddenly stopped due to a clerical error (Medicaid changed some things and didn’t notify us of the additional information fo required to keep his waiver), they really showed us how much they value their customers. They made sure we were still able to get his medications at a more than affordable cost so that there wasn’t an interruption on that front. Medications that help him be able to sleep and function without behaviors taking over. We’re so grateful to the staff at Kroger Ft. Mitchell Pharmacy.
Thank You!

I called this pharmacy because my mother gets her prescriptions here and my mother was in the hospital and we needed confirmation of medications. I spoke to a lead technician, Jessica. Jessica was rude and inconsiderate during a time when we needed help and understanding. I thought Kroger was “for everyone” but apparently not if you’re in need of help.

have been coming to this pharmacy a little less than a year and I usually have a good experience like one time the pharmacy was about to close and a very kind lady let me pick up my prescription so I appreciate her and I forget her name but I am giving a one star because twice now I have called the pharmacy and they have told me that my prescription is ready to be filled and picked up and when I drive the 30 minutes to get here they tell me that insurance will not cover it until the next day. This has happened to me twice now two months in a row. I called the pharmacy on Monday. They said I could pick it up on said day I called that morning and spoke with a female and she let me know that they were filling it and I could come pick it up in 30 minutes. I get here and they are not able to fill it with insurance covering it until the next day I would have had to pay out-of-pocket. I was very nice the first time, but the second time I expressed my frustration and the pharmacist came over and explained to me the situation, but they need to train the staff to inform the patient that insurance will not cover it until said day. It’s common sense that you want your insurance to pay for your script and not pay out-of-pocket for it. The pharmacist literally walked away from me and so did the technician. I sat there for a few minutes until the technician came back and I let him know I was going to pick up my other scripts that were ready. The pharmacist was very rude, like I was a burden to him. What was a burden is me driving 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that they said would be ready to pick up. I’m not sure of his name. You couldn’t hear anything the technician was saying. It was a younger male. I’m sure he remembers me. They did put the prescription on high priority and I was able to pick it up the next morning. My point is they need to have better communication with their patients. I’m giving them one more chance and if something happens again, I’m going to find another pharmacy to go to. The pharmacist made me feel very stupid and unappreciated. I was not trying to be rude or anything to him I was just trying to express my frustration And he kept talking over me. I work in healthcare as well, and I would never talk to a patient the way he made me feel. Same with the technician who also walked away from me. I understand working in a pharmacy is very busy I’m sure they get yelled at a lot, but in my opinion, I was very nice. I was frustrated, but I was nice. And I’m pretty sure it is the same girl that has told me twice that it’s ready when it’s not I want to say her name is Kaitlin. But that’s the end of my rant.

I was having a terrible time getting my husband‘s prescription filled at Walgreens. There was a total communication breakdown. It was very stressful and Tracy at Kroger Pharmacy was so helpful and helped me to get it done with no issue. I’m extremely appreciative for her not only for being extremely friendly and professional, but also for being so knowledgeable and quick to assist . That’s so important when you’re needing medication and you have a push pull situation with a pharmacy. Her good attitude and professionalism helped me & my husband be able to solve an issue in five minutes, that I couldn’t get solved in three full days with the other pharmacy.

There's always some sort of problem or people not communicating anymore. Get told one thing, call back and get told something else. I've spent Countless hours of waiting and attitude Problems

today they gave me less pills than my prescription requires. I called and their auto system is just horrible. When I finally connected with someone I said “ Hi I just left this location” and boom they HUNG UP before I could tell them my issue with THEIR mess up. I called right back and after some time another lady (different voice) picked up she placed me on hold with barely any warning (I didn’t get a single word out not even hello) I waited because a messed up prescription count is HIGHLY important but clearly not to this location and neither is customer service. I never looked at the reviews before but based on what I have read this locations tends to miss count quite often and is unprofessional. The guy at the drive through that checked me out was great. But I’ll be driving back with proof and switching to Walgreens since they like to hang up on paying customers.

Terrible. Had to switch from Walgreens because of insurance. They should stick to groceries. The fact that there are five star reviews for this babbling group of incompetence boggles my mind.

Shorted me 2 pills from a controlled substance. Called and was informed “their numbers are correct and they have a picture of 30 pills after counting” with a rude tone. They will short you medication and act like you’re a criminal OVER 2 PILLS. You think I’m scamming over 2 pills? Will be escalating and going back to cvs when I’ve calmed down.

Customer service is pretty terrible. They don't answer their phones, putting you on hold repeatedly and never taking your call. They also don't fill prescriptions on a timely basis after the doctor sends it in. ?

Never answer their phones. Will put you on hold over and over again without speaking to anyone and then get disconnected/hung up on without ever speaking to anyone. Call back and the exact same thing happens.
