Overall they have improved at this pharmacy and I'm happy there. I just don't understand why they built another drive thru for it to never to be used. The one they have is always backed up.

Listen... I came all of the way out of my way to come and leave this review. The bakery is absolutely phenomenal. I just bought some kind of big cherry chocolate cake. And my god, we put some redi whip on a slice and the gates of heaven opened upon the clouds and love and light shined down on me like god just touched the inside of my face. I can't comment on the rest of the store but for the sake of the bakery it's a 5. Whoever is making those cakes is definitely up there with my gram. Bless that woman's heart.

I have been going here for 20 + years. The staff members are always courteous and pleasant. The pharmacists have been very helpful - even when they are super busy, they answer my questions and give good advice. I believe on a few occasions they have contacted me about errors or safety concerns presented byother companies or doctor's offices.

I've been regularly visiting this Kroger for 2 years now. In all honesty, this is a fairly decent Kroger. It is usually well stocked with plenty of gluten free items. The associates are usually helpful but typically have to be approached (there is no greeter and even if a teammate sees/hears you make a comment about not finding something, they won't initiate customer support unless asked). Compared to other stores (such as the Kroger on Warsaw or Vine St in Cincinnati), this Kroger feels fairly safe for an open store and is in a decent location. The pharmacy here is hit or miss. Do NOT attempt to use the drive-thru as it is slow and often times they will ask you to come inside anyway. This really sucks for me on my really bad medical days. Only one lane is ever open and a lot of times traffic coming in on that side gets congested, especially with the school and gas station right there. This is a bit of a safety hazard and should seriously be redesigned. Pharmacy service is typically okay, but is seriously lacking when compared to the Newport Pavillon location. Additionally, all Krogers recently stopped working with multiple insurance providers which has made my family and I switch pharmacies.I'm giving this store 4 stores because it is a good store overall, especially compared with some of the others in the area the Greater Cincinnati region.

Need a refill on time? Forget it! 2 years of auto-refills, and 2 years of going without for several days or weeks due to there negligence and lack of care toward patients that are asking only that there meds be refilled. Not once in 2 years has my meds been auto refilled! And taking 3-10 of without time before they do!

Waited in the drive-through lane for 25 minutes! Absolutely inexcusable! I was picking up medication from my mother that she needed. Otherwise I would’ve left.

Meds are almost always delayed. If not due to being "under staffed", the lines are stupidly long, and the staff is incredibly slow.

I just called in my order to Krogers Ft Mitchell and was reading all the reviews. It took me ten reviews before I got to a good one. I must be the luckiest guy in the world as although they are severely understaffed I have always gotten good service and had everything filled when promised. Good Luck and calm down.

First and foremost Beth at the so-called customer service desk is a complete joke I've never dealt with someone so rude inside of a store ever literally from beginning to end she's rude this girl has absolutely no business in this position of dealing with the public none whatsoever it's bad enough it's went downhill little at a time but they have people like that dealing with customers you're going to run them all off extremely rude short hateful nasty no other words

Not sure why people go into anything medicine related who have no compassion for people. Rudest, most inconsiderate group of people I’ve ever encountered.

I like this Kroger a lot because it's clean, great customer service, they always have things in stock, also their pick up wait time is low , and they never miss any of your items !

The negative reviews here surprise me. I've used Fort Mitchell Kroger Pharmacy for nearly 10 year, off and on and I've NEVER had a problem. Moreover, I ALWAYS call last minute to have my monthly prescription refilled (because I'm existentially incapable of planning ahead). They ALWAYS have it ready that day. Even though they ALWAYS seem overworked and under staffed. They kick _ss.My wife is a manager at another Kroger and I know how hard these people work. I truly appreciate their service and their unquestioned willingness to enable my "procrastinatory" prescription-filling tendencies. Thank you, Fort Mitchell Kroger pharmacy. Keep on keeping on. I hope they give you all raises. And stock options. And new GT3 Porsches.

Disclaimer: this review is not meant to specify any employee of the pharmacy because they are doing the best they can with the circumstances they are working under. THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED so nothing is ever ready on time, you can’t get a pharmacist or tech on the phone, and the wait in line just to pick up your prescription is ridiculous. Start paying you employees better, and giving them more BENEFITS. Then maybe people would actually want to work

No fault to the staff, but prescriptions are never ready and are missing “In the system” visit after visit. So frustrating that as big as they are, Kroger can’t get a grip on this.
