After being a long time Lexus owner (river center) and converting to Mercedes the service/customer experience at this dealership is less than in comparison. We bought 3 cars around the same time from this dealership in 2019-2020 timeframe for different family members. Our biggest issue has been with details of the purchases and parts orders specifically tires. Lexus has such high attention to detail and customer service technology in comparison. Recommendation- take notes, be prepared to be your own advocate which is a pain when you are making a luxury purchase. Write down who you spoke to when, when orders were made.

I have debated leaving this review for several months. In summary, my purchase experience was very good. However, when serious problems began to develop with the vehicle, no return phone calls from any of the managers, no support, no communication, Simply put, the worst customer service you can imagine. Please keep in mind that the problems were so serious that the manufacturer got involved. I traded the vehicle at Mercedes of Knoxville.Mercedes of knoxville, handled all the service issues, all communication with Mercedes USA. Clearly, they went way above my expectations to make things right. Their managers are amazing, their service department will do everything they can within their means to make things right. Perhaps Mercedes of Fort Mitchell should consider sending their managers for emotional intelligence and customer service 101 training to Mercedes of Knoxville.

The customer service was very friendly and helpful. Lydia Snowball, who communicated with me during my car repairs, was always on top of it, and got back to me very quickly when I had questions about the process. She made the entire process less stressful by being clear and transparent.

Buying our new car from Jeremy Agbomi at Mercedes Fort Mitchell was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. A trusted friend referred me to Jeremy, who came in on his day off to have me test drive a vehicle. Of course, I fell in love with it! My husband and I made an offer, they accepted, and within the span of a few days we picked up the car. We were given a very thorough tutorial of the car's features and were happily on our way. We traded in my previous vehicle at a fair value. Jeremy has reached out several times since our purchase to make sure we are happy with the car and see if we had any questions. We would highly recommend Jeremy Agbomi and Fort Mitchell Mercedes and would definitely purchase from them again!

I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Mercedes that lives in the Southwest Ohio and North Kentucky area especially, but even those from out of town to consider working Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Cook, and he was so great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, professional, attentive to detail, and always follows up. Through the entire process of ordering my car, the building process and delivery, Anthony always checked in with updates, and kept me well informed through the whole journey.The delivery of the car was fantastic, and truly was the best experience I've had in buying a car. My visit with the Finance Department with Todd was very nice, efficient and we were in and out very quickly. The General Manager, Don, came over and met with us as well, and welcomed us and thanked us for our business. Anthony had my car ready to go when we arrived, and walked me through the entire car and made sure I had everything set up before I left, and answered all my questions, and truly made the entire buying experience from start to finish great!One last thing, the general ambiance of the dealership was refreshing, everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and made my family and I feel at home. So if you're looking to enter the Mercedes-Benz brand, I highly recommend checking out this dealership, and working with Anthony, as him and the entire team really represent the brand well.

I travel from Shelbyville, Indiana to this dealership for routine maintenance appointments! This dealership has great service, fast response time, and they even follow up after service to ensure you were satisfied. I love the ease of scheduling a prompt appointment online. Other Mercedes dealerships that I personally refuse to return to, do not show this magnitude of customer appreciation. Keep up the amazing work guys.

Turning things around…I want to thank Don and Trent for making the acquisition of my new car a deeply personalized and rewarding experience.I will admit the 7 month wait for the car became extremely frustrating. 3 years after the pandemic, and we are all still experiencing delays because of supply chain issues!But… once the car got here, the process of getting it was a breeze. Trent worked diligently to get all the paperwork ready while I was traveling for work. Once I got to the dealer, he spent close to 2 hrs walking me through all the features making sure I was comfortable with how to operate the car… and he has already answered a few texts and calls with my follow up questions!I got a note from Don over the weekend, which added a personal touch to the experience and made me feel very valued.The car? It is gorgeous and a blast to drive. Marketing has been known to oversell and stretch the truth. However, everything that has been said about Mercedes-Benz, its quality details and the experience of driving one is very much true!I think I found my “forever” brand!

I recently purchased the 2023 BMW M3 competition Xdrive that was on your show room floor. Todd Henson was my sales professional. I’ve purchased my last vehicle from Bentley Gold Coast in IL and another vehicle in VA as I live in Reno, NV: 2,500+ miles away.Todd, start to finish was excellent and has earned my praises and a heartfelt thank you. He was detailed, accommodated every request I made, and made me feel valued throughout the experience. I’m extremely detailed and it can get annoying at times (ask my wife and she’d agree) yet Todd was never bothered.To many, it’s just a car, to me, it’s my passion, hobby & work/family vehicle. Todd is a rockstar and I’m confident he will continue to see great success in automotive sales.

I bought two mercedes here but ever since Jeff Wyler bought the dealership customer service has been lacking. My 2020 GLE 350 had two sensors go at the same time. The car tried to take control from me and it was terrifying. I told the general manager that I wanted a new suv at his cost since I was afraid to drive my own suv. He never got back to me. A no would have made me happier than being ghosted. I have been driving the suv since they swear they fixed it and it has been nice while it worked but I have another alert on my dashboard. It could be many things, one of which is a speed sensor. As you can imagine driving it is nerve wracking since no one has gotten back to me. It has been three days and the sales manager has not called. I guess business is good and they do not need mine.
