He was great at answering questions and knowing what else I might need. Plus, when I told him we had a reservation nearby at Sacred Beast for dinner, he said, “Oh then I recommend you get the vanilla chai because I make the vanilla and the chai myself.” The owner of Sacred Beast later told us she picks up treats for her pets here and that’s how she met Ethan and tried his vanilla and chai tea.I got a cow tail treat for my friend’s schnauzer and they loved it!Great neighborhood store!”

“PAC feels like I’m leaving Penny with a most trusted friend. Everyone is fantastic. Dropping her off is easy when I see how excited she is to go with all of the staff. And they are so great about finding their perfect match for play. I think that’s what I like the best about PAC, every dog is different and somehow Ellery and Scott figure out how to give each of them exactly what they need to enrich their daycare experience. Penny is always one tired pup when she gets home. We love PAC??”
“This is a nice saltwater only store with friendly staff!Edit: Savannah Cook-Pelsner left a poor review which I feel she should change because she thought it should say it doesn't carry freshwater.The store very clearly states what it's about in its name. Reef life. Savannah there is no such thing as a freshwater Reef. Please do not make bad reviews because you don't know what you are talking about. It's like going to a Chinese restaurant and then being upset that they did not have lasagna for you and then giving them a bad review because of it . I would suggest you change or remove your review because it makes you look a certain way and is unfair to the business”
“My extremely picky puppy would rather eat the skin and coat supplement than her Freshpet food. This stuff has helped my dog to stop licking and biting her paws when her Cytopoint injection could only do so much. I wish they would make a dog food!”

“Never had I ever heard of “Cat Groomers” before I ran into “Fuzzy Butts LLC” while I was walking, one day, in Westwood…
Not only was I surprised to learn these services are offered for cats (as well as dogs) but the Proprietor of the Shop, is a MASTER Cat Groomer! I did a bit of research online, and when my Partner and I, were walking again, nearby, I scheduled my Cat, for his first ever appointment (with a Groomer.)
I know how difficult it is to hold this guy still, and get home to be calm/cool. Lawrence and Angela did a tremendous job, trimming his nails, and getting him bathed (properly)!
He came home, and was nudging up, against everything, and purring, quite happily! I have read all of the negative reviews for this place, and must say, I’m not sure any of them understand what is really involved with maintaining and running a business, such as this!”

From ownership to management to daytime and evening employees - we have never left feeling anything other than valued and confident in the products provided for our animals. I am always asked if I need help the minute I walk in the door and never feel rushed to make a decision while there. The employees are well versed in their products, the animals are well cared for, and the family friendly atmosphere is welcoming. “I dropped my dog off here for a bath + the de shedding service and I am highly impressed! The appointment was easy to set up over the phone. Tory, the groomer, was super cheerful! I picked up my dog a few hours later, she was happy and looking fine! I'm always hesitant to leave my dog someplace new with strangers but I truly felt like Tory's kind disposition put my dog at ease while she was there! I will defiantly be using their grooming services again!”
“My dogs were welcomed by the staff and everyone was very friendly! Qiana trimmed both of our dogs nails and they were much more at ease with her than they were at PetSmart. It was our first experience at this location and we will be back!
Update We came in for the paw package today and Hannah did an amazing job too! This was a totally different time of day and different day than the last time. We showed up early and she gladly took our dogs in to trim up their nails. Another great experience!”

“I just wanna say how fantastic the manager Missy is! She went above and beyond to help me out when a very specific toy my cats love was out of stock. I was distraught since this Feeders supply was the only place I could find them. Sadly they are now on back order and they won’t be getting them for a while, but she was able to lookup and find a feeders supply near where she lived that had the last two in stock and went out of her way to pick them up that night and bring them to her store so I could buy them the very next day! My cats couldn’t be happier and I am so thankful that Missy was there and really helped me out. Due to her thoughtful and kind actions, this place will always have my business!”
