These folks were on time, every time. Put the container right where I wanted it, came and got it when scheduled, and were in and out in minutes each time. Absolutely would recommend.

PODS was great to work with. Everyone I worked with - customer service/booking & drivers- were courteous, friendly & professional. Very positive & easy experience. I do recommend booking sooner rather than later because they do fill up!

I had read a lot of the negative reviews which made me weary to use Pods at first, but I am glad I made the decision to use them for my move. The drop off/pickup and storage for the container was very easy and smooth. No issue or complaints from me!

I was amazed by their ability to maneuver their device in tight spaces in order to place and pickup the PODS. Great communication and able to make accommodations to a change in my schedule.

This company sets up a date to deliver your PODS and then on their own decides to not deliver them when it was scheduled. That sure has left us in a bind because we arranged for help to unload things on the original scheduled date.
I’m so frustrated! Do not use theirs company. They charge too much and are not reliable.

The process was so easy! I didn't have to be there when they dropped off or picked it up. They were always on time and put the pod where they were instructed. Made the moving process much less difficult. Highly recommend!

PODS was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The over the phone staff and even the drivers were super friendly and helpful! I’d like to give a special shout out to my driver Steven Lay, who both dropped off and picked up my container! He made the process extremely easy and reminded myself to buy straps, so that my belongings don’t get damaged during transport. Will use PODS in the future!
