KID'S CLUB STAFF SHOUTOUT. I'm a SilverLake member but I come to BB once a week for basketball. I bring my energetic 2, almost 3, year old son, Nico, every Wednesday around 5:30PM for the past month. They greet him, make him feel welcome, and that's all I expect. But they go way above and beyond. Sometimes I've come down an hour later and they're still engaging with him! He prefers solo play unless it's another toddler he knows so I'm shocked he's playing with them. And I can tell he's getting attention because he doesn't want to leave most of the time. This is never the case at Silverlake, he's always sprinting to the door upset and desperately trying to get out and I only leave him at that Kids Club for only 30 minutes. He was being clingy last week at BB and didn't want to go in (had nothing to do with them, he's just a daddy's boy sometimes), and the employee working the desk was a good sport, reached out her arms, talked him through it, and put up with his whines for who knows how long. I bounced because I knew he was going to cry no matter what we did. I expected them to either reluctantly take him or ask to wait until he's ready, but she was all over it and ready to handle his whiny butt. They're so awesome! It's not that I don't appreciate Silverlake staff at Kids Club because it's an insanely hard job, but the BB staff are just the best. If I had any doubts on keeping my Silverlake membership, BB Kid's Club staff have killed them.

Now, I'm not a member of this gym, and this will be the most bizarre review, but I had to put my experience on here and tell you how awesome their manager, Rusty, is. I have a multi-gym pass through my health insurance, and pranced in there yesterday to sign up and take a yoga class. Well, it turns out I misread my plan and Better Bodies is not included! So I try to slink out of there in utter mortification, but Rusty insisted I stay for the yoga class, worked really hard to reduce my embarrassment and never tried to sell me a membership I obviously didn't need. This is why I will return here if my multi-gym pass doesn't work out. Good job, guys! The people you employ represent you well! PS: the yoga class was kickass!

Nice Gym. It's apart of the Silverlake family. I joined to have a locally run place to work out and for the basketball games. I play early mornings during the week and there are a bunch of guys that play on Saturday Morning. Only real con would be that the entryway and locker rooms need updating. They are significantly out of date and dingy looking.

Better Bodies is great! The classes are what brought me to join the gym in the first place and I'm SO glad that I did. The facilities are clean, the equipment is new and up to date, and there is plenty of space for all types of fitness activities. The classes are by far the best part for me! They're challenging and the instructors are wonderful. Better Bodies also has child care, spin classes, and tanning. The locker rooms are spacious and comfortable with free individual lockers, hair dryers, showers, etc. I would highly recommend checking it out and taking a tour if you're looking for a great, affordable place to workout!

Great workout facility. Love the new equipment. They offer a wide array of classes, spinning, and group workouts. This is a locally owned club that stands out among the typical chains, which I appreciate and enjoy. The members and staff are also the bomb. We all have so much fun. Definitely recommend Better Bodies.

I've been going to Better Bodies since December and I've enjoyed my experience thus far. The gym features a lot of equipment that is difficult to find at most facilities and the staff is willing to help you if you're confused about something.

Don't try to cancel their services. Hoops to jump through and they don't respond to your voice mails/emails. You have to come in to cancel, you have to speak with your trainer if you want to cancel that, and they don't cancel. I was billed last month after my contract ran out and I came in to cancel. They assured me I would get a credit after my second time in to talk to them (they wouldn't respond otherwise!). I'm currently disputing the charges on my credit card, we'll see what holds in store for the next billing cycle....

Alright so I take some classes here and they're great. Step, spin, Barre, etc. I've never been to the upstairs gym. However, I brought a guest for the first time to a class and the babysitting staff let my friend's daughter pee her pants. My friend was kinda pissed and I was so embarrassed because it has her first experience with BB. So, that's made me kinda upset. The gym is always clean, but the machine when you scan your membership card "Enjoy your workout!" Is really annoying.

Always clean, great staff! Have never seen car break ins( seriously guy?)I go about 5 times a week usually evening too. LA fitness is where I used to go and BB is so much better than their facility. I recommend this place based off price, location and the awesome customer service that put them above the competitors! Keep up the great work guys and can't wait for the new machines!

Part of the Silver lake family. Plan on using this facility if you run on treadmills. Clean, well light. In combination with Silverlake this is a really good deal.

I've belonged to a number of gyms around the Cincinnati area and this has been my favorite. I like classes and the schedule here is really good. The instructors are top notch . They also have an excellent selection of fitness equipment - especially for strength training. This is definitely a "grown ups" gym. There is no pool and no "kiddie" activities for the most part which I why I like it. They do have childcare for the parents but there are no little ones underfoot in the locker rooms, etc. It's not a "muscle head" gym but I find the other members to be serious about fitness. We don't go to just to socialize - we expect a pretty significant workout in the process. There are other gyms for people who just want to "hang out". BB is for people who are more serious and committed but also want to enjoy the activity.
