Mike is impressive. I have tried many gyms over the years and if you are looking for a community feel with a trainer that not only gets results but reaches out to you personally on a regular basis to make sure you reach your goals then it gets no better than Solid Body!

I just finished my third week at the gym. I go Monday through Fridays and to this point I've lost 12 pounds! This place is awesome! If you want results and your willing to put the time in then this is your place! I'm looking forward for the next weeks and months and what the possibilities can be! Mike does a great job working with you and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Solid Body Personal Training!!!

Just started training back after a long layoff. I heard people talking about how great the gym was and how they were transforming their bodies. My first impression is Mike is a great trainer. He really works with you to learn the proper ways to do the excercises and make you feel comfortable. The members are also great. Everyone encourages you to keep pushing yourself and you are not intimidated to work out because they are ahead of you. I will definitely recommend Mike and Solid Body to others. Be ready to be pushed and to see results in a fun atmosphere!

I am one of Mike's oldest clients--that is length of membership and age. Mike always encourages me to work hard. He is always concerned that I can handle whatever he is asking me to do. I've had total knee replacements in July and November. He worked with me to make sure I was prepared for surgery. He gave me exercises to build my leg muscles. After my surgeries, physical therapy at the hospital was a breeze. Therapists at the hospital were impressed with how well I did. My goal is to be ready to return to walking in 5K`s. I have signed up for the May 6 race. I know Mike will help me be ready. He's a great trainer and a good friend.
