The store is well stocked and they encourage you to show up ready to try the machines.The people are all knowledgeable and are intimately involved in making certain the product is right for the person. There is no pressure to buy a specific brand or model.They service what they sell. Since home equipment can run in the multiple thousands of dollars, having service option is a must. I have heard and read horror stories of people buying equipment from online retailers who won't back up a warranty when something goes bad.I purchased one piece of equipment that had an issue with an arm attachment. After performing a service call and determining one of the set screws had been stripped, they replaced the entire machine.Nice people, owner operated, good prices, great service.”

“I went to the corporate store in Hyde park. THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND 13 years and I’m just now hearing about this place. They have a great selection of shoes and their prices are NOT HIGHWAY ROBBERY LIKE OTHER STORES!!! THE TWO EMPLOYEES WERE SO HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL‼️‼️ they said they rotate shoes every week or so…with that being said I will def be going back!!! Bought two pairs of shoes and a hat for around 350!!! Don’t walk RUN!!!!”

“Highly recommend this lululemon! The customer service I received today was truly above and beyond. I had a pair of beloved leggings that had a flaw, so I needed to get new ones. The store associate explained all of my options through the quality promise program and spent at least 10 minutes with me until we decided on a way to go. She was cheerful and energetic and really made me feel like I was valued. I wish I remembered the her name, but I know it started with a J and who was wearing a really cute orange “Who Dey” fit for game day. Thank you!”

“I called Labor Day to check the hours, Nikki was very pleasant when she answered. We came into the store and were politely greeted. A young man tried locating a shoe for me but said there was a stock issue or it was on hold for another customer. I continued to look around and then asked a different sales associate for help. She also checked stock for the same shoe and then offered a few others. I wanted the hands free slip in in Navy in a wide. It was not available and I really liked the way the Black one felt on my foot. Nikki was not to be swayed . She kept looking and then offered me a Men's 9.5 in Navy in wide and I walked out with a BOGO set of shoes!! Thanks for the tenacity Nikki! Great customer service from all involved and from Nikki! I love my Sketchers!”

“Several of times I’ve ordered from Road ID website and had products shipped to home address. Ordered the item wrist band with engraved tags different colors/sizes. I prefer the older version wristbands with the velcro over the newer version that they are now using. The wristband with velcro much easier to snap onto wrist and remove. Newer models wristbands it’s a hassle getting onto wrist and taking it off. Doesn’t snuggle as well as the velcro ones and doesn’t feel secured to wrists. Outside of this I have been very happy with purchasing ID wristbands and engravings over the years as a former marathon runner! Yeehaw! Yeehaw! On your mark! Get Set! Go! Go!??”

“Came for a few items, but was really after an FC Cincinnati Garden flag to complete my Cincy sports collection for my yard. I had been to a different Rally House that was out of stock. Went to a couple other stores. No luck. When I showed up here, I noticed they had an FC garden flag displayed out front. Inside, the store was out of stock. I asked an employee if I could buy the one displayed out front. She went to ask the store manager and returned with the flag so I could purchase it! I really appreciated that as I was getting tired of trying to track one down. I'll be back!”

They have a good variety and everything is easy to find. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The shoe department is always patient when my boys try on a variety of different shoes. “Eric has been very helpful and catered to my need very well. I had a lot of club heads break over the course of about a year and he was the first one to recognize that I need a heavier shaft put on them to fully resolve this issue rather than to continue to just fix it. Luckily they are still under warranty and I haven’t had to spend a dime, but Eric was thinking long term for when the warranty runs out. I appreciate him suggesting this and getting this done for me under the warranty. Had he not suggested this I wouldn’t have even known that was possible. Great customer service on his part and as a whole, the stores customer service is very good. Will definitely use them for when I need to get fitted for my next driver.”

They have basic office supplies and books, just like a college bookstore should. 5/5 stars.Only thing is—it was a little hard to find, but it is in the back of the food court building. She did not know details of product issue I was calling about...but did know product line. Made sure I went to a 'gunsmith' not a retail gun store like 'dICKS' (which I will never go into again...let them file Bankruptcy !!!) to get the part modified (36-A speedloader) Don't know why Kevin B. had problem.”
