Products available at the store (Trek, Bontrager, etc) are of extremely high quality. Most importantly (to me at least) the staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I could go just about anywhere to buy some of these supplies/equipment, but I choose to go to the Fort Wright location because of the staff.
