Busy location, no drive thru. Long wait time 15-20 minutes if you walk in to order on a weekend as they prioritize mobile orders.

I wanted to leave a great review for this store for all of the 5 star deliveries I have had. I order from delivery services often and always seem to have issues with missing items and poor quality. I order from here every Friday (sometimes more) and they have not forgotten a thing. Not to mention it is always packaged nicely, hot food stays hot and cold drinks stay cold. I am so impressed with a store with so many great workers that care!

I had stopped visiting this location after spending thousands of dollars annually, due to the fact of repeated incorrect orders and horrible customer service. Today I decided to visit here instead of drove across town, they did not disappointment in horrible service and incorrect orders! After having my daughter’s drink remade and seeing the attitude in the manager. I decided to keep my incorrect drink and ask the name of the person missing the name tags who was being so rude. She advised she was the manager and her name was Cynthia. I don’t know that my family will ever use this location again. She is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever encountered!

The new barista (female, brown hair) has absolutely no idea how to make drinks (despite taking double the time of any other barista). I’ve complained twice now via the app about her drinks specifically. I have been drinking the same drink for 3 years and whatever it is she’s making is literally foul. I’ve never tasted anything like it. Today I took my botched mocha frappe to another Starbucks by my work. They felt so awful they offered to remake it as the manager could see it looked nowhere near correct. I’d advise you to take the younger guy off of the task of heating up food until she learns how to make drinks.

Starbucks has begun to charge for everything and where you used to be able to go and get a latte and Danish for less than $8 now it's over $11. It doesn't seem to keep them from bustling with customers though...

Terrible drinks and service! I'm quitting Starbucks as of today, tired of spending my money and getting an attitude when to ask to remake the drink! I'll just make my Latte at home the way I love ❤️ it! Thanks Ladies for making me SAVE my money ?!

Parking: The 5-6 spots directly in front of the entry door (that faces Dixie highway) are designated for "handicap" (2-3) & order pickup (2-3).There is plenty of parking in the main lot area of the {Crestview Hills} Town Center.Of course, the parking area can be very full at times.

Save yourself the money and just get a tall. This how far they’ll fill up your venti. Please don’t rip off your customers. Your coffee is expensive, give people the quantity they pay for.

I love going to Starbucks all the time it is my favorite. I went to the Crestview location and ordered a drink and I wanted to add add ins and the worker Hope was very rude and passive aggressive saying that if I wanted add ins I will get no name when called. I am 12 years old and there is no reason an old lady should be treating a young kid like a brat.
