I don’t know what’s going on at the newer US Bank off Buttermilk, but it’s a complete disaster. This place has totally fallen apart. I have been a customer since I was 12 yrs old & loved the old location down the street. The vibe when you walk in to the new office is just off—disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly uncomfortable. There is zero privacy, and apparently no awareness from the staff that customers expect a basic level of respect and discretion when handling their finances.
I came in to transfer a large amount of money, and instead of being taken into a private office, the banker just starts asking for sensitive information out loud, right in the middle of the lobby. Other customers were standing around listening — it was uncomfortable. What happened to banking behind closed doors? Privacy clearly isn’t a priority here anymore.
While I’m waiting, I can see three bankers just hanging out in their office laughing about hotdogs while people are standing around with no help. Is this a bank or a break room?
The time before that, I went in to withdraw $2,000 in cash — something that should be simple at a bank — and it took almost an hour. For what? Nobody could give a straight answer. Every time I come in, I leave more frustrated than the last.
I’ve had enough. I’ve moved all my accounts over to SoFi. Their app is excellent, everything is smooth, and most importantly — I don’t have to waste my time dealing with this level of unprofessionalism. I don’t usually write reviews, but this location has gone so far downhill I felt like people needed to know. Avoid it if you value your time or your sanity.

I really like this bank. The tellers always know what they're doing and really make me feel valued as a customer. You may have to wait a little to get waited on if you go inside, that's the only bad thing. But banks are busy I guess. My favorite is Aaron Ellis, excellent banker.

Hello, Im not surprised why this branch has a 2.6 star reviews! You need better customer service to be honest! I opened a checking acct with US bank 3 days ago and as Im writting this Jennifer suggested that I closed my bank because I do a lot of transactions! Whats the point of a checking acct? Am i not allowed to do whatever the heck I want with my money? Im very disappointed and sad to experience this within only 3 days of opening it😡😡

Fraud bank, used the promo code for checking bonus - customer care confirmed its valid. But didn't get any bonus. Visited branch but unskilled folks (Heather Young). Social media team reached during odd hour and dropped a useless VM. Please refrain business with USB.

This is the only branch location that I trust to do business. Everyone there is always very knowledgeable and performs all of the tasks that I request.

Terrible customer service. The police are trying to work with this branch to get video of a hit and run. They will not view the video to assist the police. The officer says he never has issues with banks in assisting law enforcement. The officer is trying to get information for a potential subpoena. No follow up. I would consider this if you bank here.
