Terrible customer service. The police are trying to work with this branch to get video of a hit and run. They will not view the video to assist the police. The officer says he never has issues with banks in assisting law enforcement. The officer is trying to get information for a potential subpoena. No follow up. I would consider this if you bank here.

ATM has almost never worked since this branch moved across the highway. It has seemingly never been serviced. Feels more like a Best Buy than a bank inside.

My card was declined while I was at Kroger so I called customer service who told me to go into my local branch. I was told there was a hold on my account which was due to a check I tried to deposit through the mobile app. I had no access to my funds until this would be resolved. One of the employees told me I had wait until the following Monday for them to try and fix the account because the check had to be processed. I was very worried because all of the money I have is in that checking account and I had rent and a few other bills due that week.While I waited the weekend, I did some research which had me even more worried. Apparently lots of other people have ran into something similar with their own bank (Chase, Citibank, etc.) but I couldn’t find anything that mentioned US Bank. One person had their account on hold for 7 months before they had access to their money again. This had me worried all weekend about what I was going to do since I have 4 young children and no way to access my money. I was preparing for the worst.My wife and I received a call to come to the local branch who had granted me access back to my account. The Manager and the employee Aaron went above and beyond for us. I was not expecting anything to be resolved that fast from the stories I have read from people with other banks. Aaron made sure everything was setup and good to go before we left. We were very relieved and grateful it was figured out. I normally wouldn’t write up a review for something like this, but my wife and I do feel as though if we went into any other location this would have never been resolved. This location has great management and employees who are willing to help which is a rare find nowadays. I will never go to any other US Bank besides this one from now on.

I'm not even exaggerating when i say this they NEVER! answer the freaking phone. I have called them 5 different times on different days and never get an answer, i call other locations now and get answered every time don't waste your time trying to get ahold of them its a joke....

I'm gonna close my business account because of zero knowledge of this branch employees. Don't even think to open business account here because you gonna stuck with their rude employees.

Great service every time I bank here, whether in person or at the drive thru. Recently I opened up a savings account for my young son, and David Bell was especially helpful, thoughtful, and considerate with my son. He counted my son's coins with him, and made my son feel very responsible. It's the service that I've received from David and his colleagues that will keep me coming back.

They closed the Ft. Wright branch on Dixie hwy and opened this branch at 405 Buttermilk Pike.Now this branch is closed including the ATM for no known reason. Customer service non-existent.The customer service at this new branch is horrible. The drive thru lanes were backed up to the street and not moving. While waiting over 10 minutes one car cleared the lane. This US Bank Branch has staffing issues, management issues, or both.I called them to let them know about the service issues in the drive thru which is all that is available for branch service due to Covid-19. The person I spoke to on the phone rudely pushed back and basically called me a liar saying the lines were fine. I stressed that the lines were not moving. This branch does not treat you like a valued customer.I needed to go to Ohio for an appointment went to another branch over there where there was no line and I was through the the drive thru in less than 3 minutes.The US Bank hierarchy needs to address serious issues at this new branch starting with the manager and the teller service at the drive thru. I have been with US Bank for many many years going back to when and before it was Star Bank; but now may be the time to make a change, since the closest branch is this bad.

I just came from the Buttermilk Pike U.S. Bank branch and had a terrific experience. I was already a customer but needed to open an additional account. Christina helped me and explained everything thoroughly, provided me with information about how to reach her with any questions and promised to follow up in a few days. So glad I visited this new branch!

In the past month or so, 3 times I've come to use the ATM and it's been temporarily closed. Never had issues at the Ft. Wright branch before you closed it. Terribly inconvenient. Not sure I'll keep my 4 accounts with US Bank
