Hours: As part of the building renovations at Highlands High School in recent years, the district took on the vision of developing a full-fledged Life Fitness Center at Highlands High School (located in the old small gym) The Fitness Center vision is to: Serve as the core learning laboratory for our Health and PE curriculum Provide a first class training facility for our student athletes Provide overall health and wellness among our students, school staff and the community at large. The Fitness Center (4300 sq. ft. plus) offers a wide variety of equipment and amenities to the entire community of Fort Thomas.
