I started going to Mint when I first found out I was pregnant. Nikki made me feel welcomed and comfortable being new to yoga. She is an amazing instructor, along with the rest of her team. Would highly recommend Mint Yoga to anyone, even if they are new to the practice or have years of experience! It’s great for everyone!

Mint Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes ranging from gentle to advanced. There is something for everyone! I go as much as my schedule allows, and that is not enough. Every class leaves me physically looser or stronger and mentally calmer.

I have enjoyed every class I've taken at Mint Yoga Studio. They offer a variety of classes with lots of options of days and times. I love that the instructors will give you modifications for various poses. The studio is clean and beautiful, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

I love Mint! It's always a great class no matter the style. I usually attend Nikki's class, and I love it! The studio is beautiful. Everyone is friendly. Class times are convenient.

I love the community at Mint! All of the teachers take time to get to know everyone and what they are looking for out of class. The atmosphere is so welcoming. You get great yoga and great new friends when you come to Mint.

I love the atmosphere at Mint. The studio is cozy and class sizes are usually small, which I prefer. The facility is always clean and the decor is beautiful. They have a great intro special for anyone wanting to try it out. Nikki was one of my favorite instructors.

Such an amazing class today. Outdoor flow was perfect. The instructor walked around and checked on the group even though there were tons of people and it was a free flow.

Mint Yoga teachers do a wonderful job of creating the right environment for yoga practice. They are intentional in their teaching, prepared, and always seem to know just what the class needs for a great practice. I love Mint Yoga!

I love this place. It is close to work and offered a great 1st month special so you can try as many classes as you want. There are lots of different classes at all times of day. I work different hours every day, so I'm glad I found a studio that can accommodate that. The staff is so friendly, and the teachers each have their own style. I'd highly recommend checking it out! Your first class is free!
