I have tried for 3 months to close my account and they keep billing me. Can't get to talk to an actual person when calling the customer service number.

I have been trying to end services with them for months and they keep charging me. I dont use thier progam anymore my scheduling software charges customers for me. I have called and called and they wont stop.

Our rate doubled with NO Warning, was then told that it was on the statement but when I read it the notice had nothing to do with Omega's fees going up but with some from MC. Was then told that the rate we had they were loosing money and it would be better for them if we found another company. Which I did!
