Awful customer service. Charges for shipping for supplies requiring you to pick them up even during a pandemic. Continues to only deal with Philips Respironics xPAP machines even though they have demonstrated how unreliable they are because they were recalled when the sensible thing to do would've been to change over to selling/renting ResMed machines which are much more reliable and better in quality.I found the person that you talk to for sleep apnea supplies to be unfriendly at this location.Also, why no website? It's 2022, and there's no excuse for not having a website if you are a business.I am much happier now that I switched to another DME (durable medical equipment) vendor that ships my supplies via FedEx at no charge at all to me. And the fact that they only dispense ResMed machines, the newest Autoset 11 model which is far better than Philips machines. Philips is not ready for prime time when it comes to CPAP devices; do not do business with DME vendors that insist on sticking with Philips, seek ones out dealing in only ResMed machines (ResMed masks are a different matter, I recommend the F&P Vitera for full face mask users).
