Safe Ship worked with me on three frames (two large-ish, in the 30" realm) with museum glass to NYC - and a relatively tight timeframe (I believe a week is what it was). I didn't see the packing but the receiver said everything was packed great and arrived unscathed the pieces inside weren't jostled and the price was more than fair - way cheaper than your local chain businesses would charge to pack + ship. I would trust them shipping glass framed work in a heartbeat again. My only complaint was they seemed super busy so I never got a tracking number even though I provided the info (not that big a deal since it arrived). I was told I'd be contacted on Saturday by the end of the day with a quote/confirmation and wasn't, had to wait until Monday to call and they told me they'd call me later (they seemed b u s y) and didn't receive a call until Tuesday. But aside from that being a bit of a nervous experience on my end not being sure what was going on, everything was smooth the work got where it had to go and it got there on time and safely! Thank you!!

Great service and AWESOME care! I needed to ship a large item that came from my family’s house in Cincinnati. It was too large to take on the plane to my house in NC, so we needed to find a store who would ship it back. Since this was a family piece and irreplaceable, I was nervous to just take it to any shipping store. We took a chance and googled FedEx stores and stumbled upon Safe Ship. Not only did they greet us when we came in, but they understood how important the item was and TRULY took care of the item. When I say care…when it got delivered to NC (where we shipped it to)…and I saw the wrapping, I was over the moon happy to see how much wrapping and packaging they put on and around my item. It shipped and was packed beautifully! Thank you Safe Ship! HIGHLY recommend!

I have used Safe Ship NKY many times for all my shipping needs. However, I was completely surprised to learn that they also offer residential and commercial moving services. When inquiring about lifting straps to attempt to move a large King adjustable bed, Elliot and Mason told me that they could have their team right over to move this for me. Of course, I took them up on this without hesitation. Bobby and Andrew showed up the same day, efficiently moved the platform to my second floor bedroom and went over and above by setting it up for us. great customer service!It is extremely hard to find this type of service and I would recommend Safe Ship NKY for ALL of your shipping and moving needs. They are a hard working local business that provides great customer service, and their team cares about doing the right thing.

Our family used Safe Ship NKY for a local move, and it could not have been easier. Everyone was so easy to work with, from Mason in the office to the movers. Very professional, very affordable, and a job well done. They were in and out quickly and efficiently. I had a bunch of rare interior parts from a vehicle that I needed shipped across the country. The team at Safe Ship Ft. Thomas packaged everything very neatly and everything made it damage free and on time. I was even supplied with a picture of the parts being delivered. One of the best businesses in Ft. Thomas. Mason and Elliot are the most efficient, professional, friendly business owners around. It is like "Cheers" everyone knows your name and glad you are there. Anything that you want safely sent/shipped, this is the place to go!!!!
