Have been shipping packages here for years. Elle has always been incredibly helpful and has saved me lots of money on shipping tips with my packages. So glad to have this office in town!

I don’t think I’ve ever delt with ruder people in my life. I’ve never had an issue at other post offices. The goofy blonde clerk is always extremely rude and always has a sour attitude. This place is a joke, don’t waste your time.

Nobody yoinks money from this office. If you feel you weren’t giving proper change you need only approach the clerk to file your dispute at the time of your purchase. Try it.

I've lived all over the US, and the Ft Thomas post office is the most efficient and friendliest I've ever experienced. It is a little out of the way for me, so I used to go to either Newport or Highland Heights. I wont be nasty and tell you why those other places should be avoided (I'm sure you can find out with a single trip), but Ft Thomas is worth the extra time. The usual postmistress is very friendly and helpful. She really cares about her customers, something lacking in most USPS post offices. I even saw her outside in an ice storm trying to de-ice the walkway last year so no one would slip. How many other post offices can boast an employee willing to do that? I guess what I'm trying to say is that the Ft Thomas post office is a throwback to the old days of Mr. Zip and "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."

Impossible trying to talk to a real person about a lost package.
