I wouldn't even give this place one star. Ended up being 18 days late on payment and ended up with $105 in late fees. Do not recommend! Good way to screw people so bad when they are having a rough time so that they can't get their belongings back. Thank you 3L Self Storage!

5 stars all the way!!! Super easy to get a unit rented!! I was in a rush, stressed & needed a storage unit ASAP at the last minute while moving. Troy the Mgr got me in the same day and extremely/easy quick.
And an added bonus, I was having trouble signing in for the first time when I went home to set up online payment (I'm sure I was the issue). So I called the office and Troy, had returned my call and had me set up online within 5 minutes and ready to go! He for-sure went the extra mile helping.
I highly recommend renting from this specific location at Fort Wright, Kentucky - ask for Troy Jetter!! Thanks Troy for making my move so much less stressful :)
Plus great prices and great specials. Paperwork I was provided is basic like other storage units I've rented in the past. 10 day notice to vacate and no prorated months, which I've found typical for most storage places.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at 3L Storage! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. Troy and sandy were incredibly helpful and friendly, they did raise my rent once but that was all. making the rental process a breeze. The unit itself was spacious and secure, providing me with peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. I would highly recommend 3L Storage to anyone in need!

I would give this place 5 starts. But this place completely has negative vibes. My mother lose our storage which is also her fault but also storage for raising the amount due. I lost everything I owned and they weren't willing to work a little bit with my mom so I lost everything I owned. My first ultrasound for my daughter, all the diapers I had collected etc, my last owned item of my uncle who passed due to heart problems. Everything was severely sentimental and unreplaceable.. I do not recommend this place unless you have enough of the money they want you to play. Thank you for allowing me to lose everything I've ever owned for my daughter who is not even here yet.

Easy to get to, nice units, very secure; but we really got screwed on the "first two months half off" deal. We started our rental on the 27th of a month- and those three days counted as our first "month". Moved out on the 2nd of the month- that counted as a full price month. Office workers were very polite and very professional, but said that was a company policy and didn’t have any further path of recourse for us . We were never told of these terms when we came in to sign up for the unit, and it ended up being far, far more expensive than we predicted. Maybe all storage places are like this, but I won't be renting here again. Disappointed in the lack of communication, and honestly, what tastes like false advertising.

Price gouging, trying to keep up with Public Storage. It's just more extortion of the entities that profit from the growing housing/homelessness crisis.

I use this storage facility each year to store Christmas Presents so I don’t have to hide them from the kids. We have Amazon ship them straight to the facility and the team there puts them in our unit for us. Then I go in and put the stuff together before Christmas. They are amazing! Troy is the manager and he is so pleasant and accommodating! I would highly recommend this facility for anyone!!!
