The girl at the store helped all she could under the circumstances not her fault a manager from att full blown lied and deceived me and now no longer works for att I am going to switch carriers every time I call it's the same no one takes care of anything you screw your customers with lies and bs it's no wonder you have the poorest customer service

Chloe was INCREDIBLE! You can tell she LOVES her job. At one point, 4-5 people were in store. She was alone. She never broke under pressure. Our entire experience was TOP notch due to Chloe and her expertise.

AT one time the best AT&T store to visit as far as customer service. Now, during store hours, doors locked. This is the third time. We've even come at different times to get assistance.

Worst customer service of any cell phone company ever. I’ve been trying to pay my business phone bill for months with autopay. I called the customer service line and literally couldn’t get a single person on the phone. They can’t even pay Indians to answer the phone overseas anymore. It’s all just a robot. There was an option to get a call back from someone. The call back was from the robot. This company sucks.

If you go to this AT&T location, you should ask to work with Chole! She is the epitome of customer service! The company is very lucky to have her working for them and she is exactly what AT&T should strive to every team member learn from. She's a great representative for them, but not pushy. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and the entire experience felt honest and satisfying. I was truly dreading going to the store and going through the hassle of an entire day of upsales, run arounds, reading between the lines, and listening to salespeople being sales people. I was pleasantly surprised by her demeanor and ability to listen. It seemed as of she truly wanted to please me as a customer as opposed to making sales for a company. She singlehandedly brought back my faith in a company that has been on the verge of loosing me as a customer. We live in an ever changing world, and it seems companies no longer care about loyalty, length of patronage or owning mistakes and making it right. It is the way of things now and it changes how we as customers decide to do business as well. Chole reminded me of the nostalgia of "the customer is always right" and it was refreshing. Additionally she gave me the impression that she was more interested in keeping a loyal customer over time than getting a big sale at the moment. Because of this very pleasant experience provided by one employee I will continue to do business with AT&T knowing I can go to a brick and mortar and deal with someone face to face that listens and truly attempts to assist with the issues I needed addressed. Thank you Chole!

I went in for a new phone and transfer my old one. Chloe did such a great job setting up and transferring all my data to the new one. One set back is she's the only employee that's why I gave it a 4 star!
