This is my favorite AutoZone location specifically because of Junior. I’ve gone to see him several times and I’ll even drive far out of my way to come here if I’m working on a vehicle with other AuZo locations closer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. When he didn’t have a particular part in stock he called several other locations just to make them check if they actually had it even though it said they did online before sending me there to get it. To sum it up: he cares. That’s priceless in today’s world. 10/10 would recommend!

1st. off, let me just say this, they do not make them like GAGE anymore, young guy with an old soul, rare, because I am a man of color, and this young man offered an abundance of help to me during this rainy day, I appreciate you sir, and I advise everyone to visit this location. Brian was amazing. He got my car smelling fresh. When I bought a cabin air filter he sold me a filter air freshener that smelled amazing!! So much so that I bought an additional filter and air freshener for my husband’s car!

The customer service provided by Gage at the Auto Zone in Ft. Wright was above and beyond excellent. Both my brake lights and turn signal lights were out. He didn’t have to help me change them, but he did. I had no tools to change them. I am beyond grateful to Gage for helping me stay safe on the road. I will continue to be a customer of Auto Zone and go specifically to this location due to the customer service provided by Gage. Gage is an asset to Auto Zone.
