Bought wiper blades at a different AutoZone where the staff were standoffish, so drove to this one to ask for help if I couldn't install them myself. Two employees on their smoke break saw me struggling, and while I was getting other things from my trunk they changed them out! I didn't want to ask them while on their break, but they did it anyway without prompting (and much faster than me lol). I didn't catch their names but I very much appreciated their help - both of them were true gentlemen! Will definitely be coming to this particular location again!

I rarely write reviews but I've also rarely received such outstanding customer service. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and patient (I know NOTHING about cars) but I promise she sure knows her stuff! Thank you Fort Wright team for your amazing staff!

Brian D. was very helpful and friendly! He also went above and beyond cleaning out the very nasty battery tray and then spent a little extra time making sure the battery was working properly. Definitely one of the the good guys!
