This TRUIST BRANCH is the truest location around NKY. They provide Top-Notch customer service every time I go.. I recently had a very noteworthy customer service experience.
They gracefully provided me with a box to ship a return item. Although this is a small gesture it went a long way to save me money. It is something I appreciate as a long time customer and I'm proud to say that my bank was able to save ME money!

i just started going here a week or two ago and the moment i walked through the door they helped me learn everything they offered and how it would benefit me. the staff is friendly and quick with their pace i’m just very glad they were able to break down terms for me to where I’m able to understand everything they’re teaching me about banking and how credit cards and such works since I’m 18 and this is my first time adulting so very beginner friendly!

They have no follow through whatsoever and it's not just that location. The one on Mom's street is even worse. Do yourself a banking favor just get your money in a different bank

I have a Health Savings Account w BB&T and they are neither allowing me to choose my own doctor, nor purchase birth control!!! I have called the bank to see if there is a process to get my doc and meds added and they very rudely said there is not, like how dare I ask!?!? I'm not saying don't bank w/ bb&T, I"m just saying if you do, you may not be able to get your own money back out

I like BB&T banking because through this whole pandemic problem the service or access to the bank has been a conserved effort by both management and employees to maintain the great banking service that I have been counting on. The drive thru has run surprisingly smooth and fast. They now offer in bank services by appointment whether you need a a loan or so many other wealth management strategies. A huge shout out to the manager Sharon. My favorite teller Kayla and the whole staff! As Always, Enjoy!

Service is always slow and staff is not as friendly. Really wish they would have left the Florence branch open in front of Lowe's / At Home. That staff and service was always phenomenal

So I had a horrible experience with BBT the guy questioned me and was suggesting I had a fake ID at the bank when I was coming in to change my pin on my card. I had my social on me and everything and this was all because the corner piece of plastic on my drivers license was peeled off a tiny bit and he literally took the plastic and ripped it completely off and ruined my drivers license!!! I'm LIVID. THIS IS ONE OF MANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES THAT I'VE HAD WITH BBT ALL AROUND KENTUCKY AND WV. I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR A BANK. I'M SHOCKED AT HOW I WAS TREATED TODAY.
