“I have been going to a few different locations for a while but Ft. Wright is definitely the BEST!!! My wheel wells and rims were very muddy and the employee with the bleached hair was efficient in getting them clean and even followed up after my wash to make sure my needs were met! Always a very nice team at Tidal Wave car wash!”

“We have been using Mike’s for a while, and yesterday my daughter and I were running some errands and thought it would be a good idea to get her car cleaned. Her birthday was just the weekend before, and she had chalk paint on her windows that she wanted to remove. We went through it once, but the paint didn’t budge. So, we went back and told the employee that we had already been through once, but the chalk was still on the back window. He told us to go through again and the employee will put a pretreatment on the window and that should get it off. The second time all of it came off and my daughter was happy. The employees are friendly and helpful!”

“DOM absolutely transformed my car. I don’t even know if she washed it or performed actual magic. My car came in looking like it had survived three apocalypses and left looking so shiny I caught myself apologizing to it for ever driving it. DOM’s attention to detail is unmatched. I swear the tires were smiling when I left. If she started a fan club, I’d accidentally become president. My neighbors asked if I bought a new car, and I just whispered, “No… DOM happened.” 10/10. I’d trust DOM with my car, my future, and probably my Wi-Fi password. If you’re thinking about going anywhere else, you’re making a life decision you’ll regret. Came in expecting a clean car, left questioning whether DOM is secretly a wizard. She somehow got my car looking better than the day I bought it. The shine was so intense I almost needed sunglasses just to drive home. DOM was friendly, professional, and paid attention to every little detail. My car is so clean now that I’m actually embarrassed to get in it with dirty shoes. If you’re getting your car washed here, ask for DOM. She’ll have your ride looking so good you’ll find excuses to drive around the block just to admire it. Five stars isn’t enough—I’d leave six if Google would let me.”

“After working out some details, this business owner, Cathy, accepted responsibility and did the right thing and is helping me with my windshield. There was some miscommunication initially, and she stepped up as a business owner. The gate was faulty, likely due to the extreme cold temperatures that were present at the time, and it could've happened to anyone. I will continue to park here as I always have as the pricing is as fair as any at CVG. I have also used their valet service and it's very convenient. Thank you Cathy for being a responsible business owner!”

“Went to look at a car they had online. It was exactly how they posted and in really good condition. Their customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond for their customers and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase and answered any questions I had. I love my new car and if I find myself needing a vehicle in the future this will be one of the first places I'll check. Highly recommending to everyone”

“They had the lanes foe washing cars in the center and vacuums on either end. Having multiple vacuums on either end keeps everything moving because it takes more time to vacuum than to wash. There's nearly always a vacuum available.”
