This is not good!. These people told me that they would sell me a transmission for $700, with $280 down, and the would ship it to me, and they made a payment schedule for me. BUT,it's been 3 wks and no transmission and no communication. So my bank that sent the wire transfer is ready to take action on this fraud case. There going to contact there bank, the FTC,and the Kentucky state Police if I don't get any transmission, or my money back within 48hrs. This will happen, this is Fraud and theft!

H1 Auto Care Fairfax here. Purchased a Volvo steering column assembly a year ago, probably longer at this point. Your part 180904, I believe. Called within 48 hours of delivery to advise we determined the problem ended up not being the column. The part was never installed, and in fact, was never moved from where it was placed when delivered. I was told specifically it would be picked up for return. Called an additional 4 or 5 times over the last year, and each time it was as if I had never called before. If you had no intention of returning the part, that should have been stated up front rather than leading us to believe otherwise.

Ten stars easily. The guy up front was actually nice... The gentlman eho retrieved my part wouldnt take a tip. The part was 100 dollars under what everyone else wanted. This place saved my a.. Would highly recomend if u need anything foreign. This place deserves business.
