Aparently they close whenever they want and even when there is people inside they dont even bother to come to the door to say to people anything.

Jesus almighty, did they lose their cordless phone or what? Getting these people to answer the phone is harder than finding the Easter bunny. Get your shit together. You have a phone for a reason. So people dont have to drive all the way to your store just to check for something. Ive literally called 15 times and noone answers. Ridiculous.

The big bald dude, speculated that we had a pair of switch controllers that were stolen a couple days ago from this location. He speculated it was us because the controllers we brought in were in new condition because they were taken care of. I told him to look at the cameras and he said he did and that someone came a couple days ago and stole a pair that looked the same. All based on speculation, we did not come to this location at all prior, he did not show us evidence that it was us or related to us. We had been waiting for 45 minutes in store, we walked in with the switch controllers that we bought a year ago from target. We take care of our technology, and recently bought the new switch, hence why we came to see if we could trade in these old controllers for at least some in store credit. There’s was no correlation to us being the “thieves” nor were we even at this location at all for any period. I will be putting in a formal complaint and you better have those camera tapes on hand to show any “proof” that we were the ones that did anything you were accusing of. This is the most ridiculous situation I’ve ever been in. And it’s really disappointing that instead of just saying you’re capped at what you can trade in or buy for that day, you make things up. Nothing correlated us to any theft, the only thing you could pick out from us is that I’m a brown Mexican…. In these times, racism is truly the only explanation to make up something like this and excuse someone of theft out of thin air.

Service was awesome. The game i was looking for wasn't on hand but offered to order it for me. I got it new on amazon cheaper than their used copy and same time frame (next day).

If I could do 0 stars I would because I drove over during business hours and there was a shabby paper sign stating, left at 4:20 will be back by 5:30. What is the point of business hours if there is no one to work them.

Nobody answering your phone. Drove to the store at 1 PM on a Friday and it’s not open even though the sign says they are. Tried to call customer service and got disconnected twice.

I made the drive out there to browse for the last hour before the store closed. The rep inside decided it was his 'lunch time' and locked the door and ate food in view of the customers waiting outside. He then came to the door and angrily asked what our 'problem was', and was generally instigating in nature. -- I get that breaks are needed, but proper timing should be implemented for them. This man upset several customers tonight, and I have notified corporate of this.

I didn’t catch the manager’s name at the Ft. Wright location but he is awesome! He is so informative and really takes his time to explain different games of interest and does an exceptional job at helping you pick the right one. I have been to other game stops and you can hardly get the staff to converse with you however this isn’t the case. He is truly a value add and is a Shining example of how you should treat your clients. Makes you feel like you are a VIP. Give this man a raise! A++
