My rates keep rising for no reason

I cancelled my policy and was billed for coverage past the date of cancellation. Attempted to provide information to Stacy and Greg but was told multiple times it was out of their hands. The only thing I can guarantee about this agency is that if you dispute a charge you will be sent to collections for even $19

Been a customer for more than 10 years. Very disappointed recently when I quoted other big name companies and got significantly lower rates. I asked Allstate to requote me to come closer to quotes from other companies and the response I got was "thanks for being a customer for 10 years. Unfortunately the rates you are seeing from other companies are introductory. If you would like those rates from us, please get another provider and then come back to us in 6 months for new customer rates."This kind of thing makes me so mad. I am asking to match other companies that are offering me lower rates and your response is to thank me for being a customer for more than TEN YEARS by telling me to be a customer somewhere else and then come back in order to get a better rate. What a stupid model. Punished for being a long-term customer instead of getting a break.
