I always choose to go to Mike’s Car Wash over any other place because I know I’ll get a great car wash. I always choose the basic wash because it’s priced the best, & I think it does a sufficient job. Their other wash options are really pricey, & I’m not sure if they’re worth it.
The staff at this location are so friendly! Also, there’s never a super long line like there is at the Florence one. The staff always hose down my car thoroughly with the soap gun before I go into the drive thru. Always happy with how the wash turns out.

Your attendant needs to learn some manners! I don’t know maybe put a sign up with clear instructions so he’s not screaming at your customers

Well.. I like Mike's Carwash as a company and this a is newer location so I was glad to see one open closer to me. However, their vacuuming equipment is falling apart (literally). Had to use 2 different vacuums and couldn't even finish because the second one split in half while cleaning. The staff were very considerate, patient, and gave me my money back. I really hope they are able to fix their vacuuming equipment soon.

Wouldn’t even give this place one star. Had an issue when I came through about a week ago when the employees rushed us through because there was no line and did not provide the time NOR the instruction to put the car in neutral. They rushed us behind another car and sure enough, we bumped the back of the car in front of us. The manager Colin said “this happens all the time.” After speaking with corporate, the lady was so rude I am in awe. Explained the situation and she says “well the signs don’t move.” WELL when you have an employee waving you through rushing you, you don’t have much time to read the sign don’t you? This place is so unprofessional and it is a trickle down effect from corporate, to management, and to employees.

First time going to mikes car wash used a coupon I had for a basic wash I pull up to hand it to the guy, there’s no traffic in front of me so I pull straight up to the entrance of the car wash the kid working had to be about 15 rushing me on right behind a car and as I go through the flaps I slam into a car. No one told me to put my car in neutral before I pulled in. Never again will I go to mikes car wash

I usually go to the gas station car wash, but decided to give Mike's a chance this past Saturday morning. The Ultimate +Ceramic carwash I got at Mike's was terrible. The carwash at the gas station is far superior. Mike's missed entire swatches of area down both sides of my jeep, the hood was still dirty, and the roof had dirt smeared around. Somehow, it made my vehicle look worse than when it went in! I had to take it to my regular gas station car wash afterwards to "fix" the mess of a "wash" I received at Mikes.

Terrible. Spent 2 dollars for 8 MINUTES just for the vaccuums to have barely any suction. Couldn’t even suck up dirt or a small pebble. Not even an attendant to come help. Went across the road instead.

I drove 700 miles from Minnesota to Covington on 1/13 and my car was covered in salt from the recent snow and blizzard conditions. I went to Mike's at 8:20 on 1/14 and paid $22 for the recommended ultimate wash. The next morning I noticed that there was still a noticeable amount of salt on the lower half of my car. I went back at 7:40 in the evening hoping they would run my car through again to get my $22 worth and actually clean the salt off my car. The young kid working said all he could do was take my info and send it to management to get back to me. Really? I am not impressed. How much would it cost the company to send my car through one more time to satisfy the customer? Instead, I am leaving a bad review. Think about it, Mike's!
