Stole 24 dollars out of my account 5 days after moving in. Gave me some rubbish about auto pay coming out on the 2nd of every month. Told me my first 30 days were covered and then charged my card. Refused to help. Go elsewhere. This place is employed by thieves.

If i could get negative stars i would!! For one i have been with them over a 1.5 years! Every 5-6 months your rent will increase. Oh it gets better they are infested with roaches and mice! I have to go down every 2/3 weeks to change out sticky traps! All my stuff is in sealed vacuumed bags and totes however its still disgusting!! The property manager is a rude jerk! Hes disrespectful has no community or people skills whatsoever! You get blocked in sometimes for over an hour because there parking set up is ridiculous so when you pull in plan to be blocked in! I do not recommend this place they always have welcome deals first month for $1 but leave out the fact they send u an email every 5-6 months letting you know that again your rent will be going up!

I used this storage location for almost a year.
I am a survivor of domestic violence.
My location was discovered and I was forced to flee my home.
Several months ago I was hospitalized leaving me no way to pay the bill until I recovered and could get back to daily life.
Upon my release I owed my past month and the current month that just began.
I called to pay my bill and was in formed that my unit had sold for $70.00
My entire home, past family belongings, children's past and all of my possessions were in there. Everything that I owned and everything to make a home. All nicely places and organized.
Important items, photos, my children's artwork, baby clothes and of my clothes for the winter month and my career. Also, with it containing hundreds of important documents pertaining to my life situation.
I can't and couldn't imagine how this occurred with two emails I received for notice. One in which said payment due. The last and only other one was to inform me that if payment wasn't received my items would be going up for auction.
The was no final notice, auction date and no inventory notice. There was no attempt to call me or my second contact.
I now am trying to work past this and it is devastating and heartless to say the least. I feel for everyone single person who has had this occurrence happen to them as well. May God bless you all in these difficult times of life.
Maybe the person who purchased my bin could tell me what happens to court documents, preschool aged artwork and 100 year old family photos?

This place is a joke. I had a storage unit for 35 days here and it cost me almost $300.

I used a unit for nearly 5 months. The facility was extremely clean, and my furniture looked great when I came to move out. Zero issues with access and they were extremely helpful when I was getting settled in. I would definitely use this location again.

The storage space is clean and well kept. There are no bathrooms available which is a major negative if you are unloading a lot of stuff. They have them but they are closed to the public. It’s easy and convenient to get into the unit. Even tho I told them I had my own insurance, I’m still being charged. Have to call again.
Just little things that are annoyances but like the place overall.

Day of my rental the front desk my didn’t go over their policy nor show use where our bin was due to an emergency, went back later that night to store some items to death smelling place that made me throw up call left message abt it over 24 hours later I found out someone store a fridge with meat that spoiled n don’t know where the location of the storage bin was at so I paid for a month n didn’t get to put all my stuff in it , had to get another storage unit for rest of my items n they can’t give me credit or a extra week for this situation if I was told up front abt the problem I would had safe my money n time and skip this place altogether

Great selection of sizes, each unit is very well protected and air conditioned. The manager is very helpful with customers.

Randy is great to work with and the public storage app is convenient to use to open the doors and elevator. Getting a lot of use out of the 10 x 10 unit, perfect size.

Randy at Public Storage is fantastic! The facility is clean, and Randy is always there to help with any storage needs. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a reliable and well-maintained storage facility.
