Megan on the office gave me the full tour of the space was excellent with it all. The space is clean, secure, and well layer out. The fact that everything is controlled via an app adds a level of safety and security to an already nice space.The billing and payments are handled smoothly and the whole process was quick.

Individual units are very clean. Nice and reasonably priced. Bathrooms definitely could be cleaner and the elevators, and some other areas, could use a shop vac. Otherwise very pleased.

Stopped in over the past weekend to rent a storage unit. Randy helped us and he was great! Very knowledgeable. By the time we left we were all set up. Highly recommend!

Fantastic help! Got a unit rented in like 10 minutes, walked through how to access it and it's location. Very simple, quick, and easy also inexpensive compared to what I was thinking. Randy was a great help and very good employee deserves a raise

My experience with this location has been far from great. Last month I went to clear out my storage unit but I misplaced my key so I asked if they could cut my luck the guy Randy stated yes, but then he said I had a balance so I needed to pay that before they could do it so paid it he cuts the lock placed on their due to my balance but not my lock I ask if he is going to cut my lock seeing it told him prior I had lost my unit key he states for my to have my personal lock cut I would have to fill out a form for the district manager I asked when would he come He said it whenever he feels like it. I said I couldn't do that. He then suggested to me that I could break into my unit I was like cool and then I walk out he's like well if you do that You have to pay a fee so I go back and I'm like well you didn't say that at first, you said I could break it your words not mine. so I walk out again and he starts screaming at me while I'm walking back towards the unit he's in the office. Everyone can hear him screaming my brother heard it. The other people who were there they were asking me if I was OK and I'm like yeah he's just Trippin, I wasn't gonna break my lock. I'm not stupid I know that's illegal and goes against what I signed. so I leave and I just plan to come back right before my semester starts and then I'll clear my things out.Today. I receive a phone call once the person said public storage I responded "I know that I owe you all money" and then his response was "so you know you still have stuff in your unit" I said "no I said I know I still owe you" and then he asked me when am I leaving because he cut my luck and I'm still not gone. I responded that no he cut the lock that was placed on there because I owed a balance but my personal lock is still on there. He didn't like my response so he hung up on me. I called back I asked for the district manager number or name he states he's the manager and I said no the district manager then he begins to yell at me saying "every time he speaks to me I'm very hateful, he called my angery and pathetic and he doesn't know why I'm like this" mind you I'm confused seeing every time I speak to him he ends up screaming at me. I remain calm. I've never cursed at him, called him name, disrespected him, or tried to attack his character. He states I called him a victim I don't recall that. While he saying all that I keep telling him "why are you yelling at me I'm recording you why are you yelling at me I'm recording you" he gets even louder and he just hangs up on me again. I reached out to customer service.After trying to call back like 10 times I just reached out to customer service. I explain the situation and then they said they would get the district to me. Anytime I've interacted with this man there has been cameras around and you'll see that his behavior was completely uncalled, for I've never once raised my voice and him I've never disrespected him. I've only interacted with him twice and both times he has ended up screaming at me. If anyone is hateful, it is him. I am going to pray for that man because that is the devil and he has demons. I've also reached out to the police, informing them of the treatment that I receive seeing this is the second time that he has screamed at me that is a form of verbal abuse, and I refuse to be spoken to or abused in any type of way. And I will continue to take this matter further because clearly you all have given him the platform to think he can speak to customers who aren't going to allow him to speak to them. Any type of way. My balance is paid off and I will be removing myself from my unit on my terms not yalls.

I have storage at this place and when I enter access code I get a message to see manager. My payments are current so why can't I access my property
