I like the option to join the waitlist before you arrive. Everyone I have encountered is friendly, my son enjoys his time here and is always satisfied with how his hair looks.

The VIP package that's offered is worth the couple of extra dollars. I love the hot towel on the face and shampoo scalp massage. I'm sure there are great stylists at other locations but I'm personally glad that I chose to go to the Ft. Wright location. Rachel is fantastic at her job and very friendly as well. I can always count on getting a great haircut and some engaging conversation when I go.

Why ask what do you want to do with your hair if you aren't going to even listen to it. Left a tip and done with it, will not go back after two bad experiences.

Courtney is an amazing stylist. She always takes care of my needs when I come in for an ultimate MVP session including getting rid of my facial hair. She does her job with precision. I highly recommend her to anyone who is new to Sport Clips. I cannot imagine her getting anything but outstanding reviews.

It's very solid. I travel a lot, and can't always make it to my same barber. Sport clips does a great job of taking notes on how you have your hair cut, so you can sign in at multiple locations and usually get a similar cut. Also I'm a fan of the MVP.

I Made a appointment online for my 2 year old sons 1st haircut and we checked in and waited it said we were on deck then the lady changed the check ins and let a man cut us changing our wait time to 30 more minutes having a 2 year old wait 30 more minutes is ridiculous when we was supposed to be next. I left work and drove for 2 1/2 hours to be there for his first haircut and didn’t even get it done the workers acted like it wasn’t a big deal and was rude we will not be going to sport clips anymore
