Yikes. Sent my refill request to someone random I have never seen before (not even sure if they’re a doctor at all), not the doctor they have on file (can we say HIPAA?!). Took 2 weeks to pick it up—finally called to ask what was going on with it and they tell me it’s ready and to come pick it up! Awesome, I go and the tech tells me it’s not ready. She also says that if someone pulls up behind me, I need to pull around. This should be a quick and easy fill—the script I was picking up comes in prepackaged blisters that are prepackaged in 3-month boxes. No counting involved, you just need to check the labels. This isn’t the first time I have walked away from this place scratching my head but it will be my last. A few weeks ago, I made an appointment for a flu shot and when I showed up the tech literally tried to talk me out of it, I assume because they were busy (I was prepared for the wait anyway). We have only gone to this pharmacy for a year but we have already happily switched back to Kroger.

If you are looking for tricky Pediasure types such as 1.5 or possibly other nutritional things, especially if you are dealing with WIC, go here and ask to speak with Stephanie the manager. She can get you setup. Orders are prompt and staff was super friendly and willing to help me solve this problem.

In and out of the drive-thru, as opposed to spending an hour in Kroger's.

So disappointed in the Ft. Wright Pharmacy. Their service has declined lately. My doctor called in my prescription and 3 hours later they still don't have it filled (standard medicine). I called and waited 20 minutes to speak to someone and hung up at that point. After then not answering their phone calls, went to the drive thru to wait another 15 minutes for the customer in front of me to drive off frustrated without getting their medication. Meanwhile the customer behind me is honking their horn because they are taking so long. Explained my situation to the tech there, you could tell she could care less that I'm not getting my medicine. When you are sick you don't want to wait several hours to start your medicine. I'll be switching pharmacies for sure

This particular Walgreens has been our go to for many years. From prescriptions to items to top off a dinner to many things that just make life easier. The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. They will take the time to make sure that your visit is worthwhile. I will continue to use this particular location for many reasons. As Always, Enjoy!

Always overpriced but definitely convenient. The most expensive prescription prices but will take coupons. While Kroger was convenient, it used way too much space.

I sent my perscription for my daughter there two separate times and each time they said it would be 30 min to an hour, then said they did not receive the prescription or lost it each time. Went up there 4 different times for one prescription and only to discover they only gave me part of it. This time they could not find it at all. Called the doctors to see if they sent it and they said they tried to call it in this pharmacy multiple times and the pharmacy hung up on them each time! Don’t waste your time or your patience with this place. Never again.

"I have my own blood pressure machine at home." (me, trying to flirt at this Walgreens) So, I went the other night to pick up a Fed Ex package, because get this, they do that - you miss a delivery & need a package held, you don't have to drive to Crescent Springs or Fort Mitchell or wherever, you can go to this Walgreens, which is pretty convenient. The rest of the store? Meh. It's your typical Walgreens, with its loose assemblage of everything you'd expect, not very well kept together, but functional enough that if you go there with some sort of ailment or hunger for overpriced frozen food, you'll make out well enough. It's on a fairly busy stretch of Dixie Highway, so exiting the lot can sometimes be a chore.

It used to be my go to spot for quick house hold items. Close by and had everything you would expect at your neighborhood Walgreens. On top of this, you could usually expect to get in and out fairly quick unless the dungeons and dragons manager was working. Now they have turned into some sort of Walgreens/Kroger with less items than before but in addition to not having what you want, you also almost get killed in the parking lot by one of the Kroger click list customers which is the whole reason I came to this Walgreens. To pay higher prices for things I wanted without having to go to Kroger and take the 50/50 chance of getting run down and killed in the parking lot. I won't be back to this Kroger/Walgreens until they start selling Fiji water again. Cindy however is a great employee so kudos to her. Please let me know when you have the Fiji 6 pack 500ml bottles back on shelves and the individual bottles back in the fridge. Until then adios chaos!

Good, typical Walgreens right off Dixie Highway. A little spends but all Walgreens are. Pharmacy has great hours.
