My 6 month old was prescribed Nystatin for a horribly severe yeast infection. Was told by doctor to apply it to red area every diaper change and to change diapers frequently. After two days, we ran out. I was told very rudely by a condescending pharmacist the teeny tiny tub insurance covered was a 15 day supply so she was confused how we went through it so fast. And that the insurance won’t approve a refill for another week. I’m aware that’s out of her control but she can definitely learn to watch her tone and be respectful. There’s no reason to be nasty. If she were to see this baby’s butt she’d know exactly how we went through it so fast!

I've been trying to get medication that's treats my Rheumatoid Arthritis for well over a month now from the Latonia (now closed), Independence, and Fort Wright Walgreens. Due to Manufacturing delays I only had the option to pick up from the Fort Wright Walgreens. I was told by the pharmacist that I would be notified when my medication was available for pickup, which did not happen. Nor was I notified that the Pharmacy was closed today 2/01/2025. All I want is to not be in pain 24/7, but apparently Walgreens will do everything in their power to ensure I am miserable!

And disappoints me to rate this only three stars. The pharmacy staff are very pleasant but extremely overworked, understand and work in such tight conditions no one can move. I called February 1 on Saturday and found out the pharmacy is closed. No one to talk to but a recording. I called the Walgreens hotline and they told me that the pharmacist called in sick. I guess it's time to transfer all prescriptions to Kroger

I love Walgreens always get Walgreens cash to use at a later date always polite people who work here I love Sofia she's a great shift lead she's very sweet always so great with the kids always asks about my day and how we're doing

Went to Ft Wright Ky location today to get a vaccination. I was told I needed an appointment, so I got one and came back later in day. I waited 40 minutes past appointment time, and when I asked the pharmacist why I needed an appointment, she tongue lashed me in front of a number of customers. If they can’t handle giving vaccinations, then stop giving them.

Pharmacy personnel seem to me, very dismissive and rude. 24 min on hold. No problem for them.

My boyfriend and i went into this walgreens today to get some bandages cuz I'd just had a pretty nasty accident and I noticed a young red headed employee talking with my boyfriend. We left and went right down the street to our hotel room and about 20 mins later I caught my bf in the next parking lot in the car with this girl. I didn't confront them. He came in and laid down for about 30 mins until his phone went off and he walked out and left with this girl. I could track his GPS and they were sitting in Walgreens parking lot then he went blank. THIS GIRL SEEN US COME IN TOGETHER, SHE SEES THAT WE ARE AT A HOTEL TOGETHER!! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO U HIRE THERE AT WALGREENS?

Always overpriced but definitely convenient. The most expensive prescription prices but will take coupons. While Kroger was convenient, it used way too much space.
