I have always had suprisingly, for me, amazing service at the vision center in ft wright. Dr. Lamer (sp) has been our family's go to for many years. Couldn't ask for better service than what I've received there, even in an emergency.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. The most disrespectful workers I have ever encountered it’s no wonder why they work at wal mart. A bunch of old unintelligent women mad at the world working here.

Megan Cook was wonderful! She helped me with everything I needed and always had a smile on her face. She continued to make me smile and enjoy my experience! If it wasn’t for her I don’t know if I would have received that type of help anywhere or by anyone. Truly she made the whole situation great, easy, and fast! I ordered contact lenses and glasses on August 9th after my appointment with Dr. Kenneth Lameier at the Ft. Wright, KY Vision Center...I highly recommend Dr. Lameier and have been going to him for several years. When I placed my order, as usual I selected home delivery of my contacts and was told that both them and the glasses would be ready in about a week.Much to my surprise, I received the contacts at home the NEXT DAY (Aug. 10)!..even the Vision Center employee I mentioned this to was shocked at how fast the delivery was!Both orders were 100% correct...the glasses required no adjustments at all and fit perfectly, while the minor changes to my prescription were perfect, so both the contacts and glasses were spot on.I've never had a problem with this Walmart Vision Center in the 20+years I've been going there and I highly recommend both Dr. Lameier and the Ft. Wright Walmart Vision Center.

My mom’s been coming here for a while (we’re so grateful they accept WellCare) and today was my first time going by myself. Receptionist was friendly and engaged in conversation with me and even took extra time after my eye exam to adjust my glasses until they were perfect. Kenneth the optometrist was easy going and really nice! I can’t speak to the quality of the glasses because I haven’t purchased any from here, but the service I received was awesome thanks so much!

I called june 9th and had a appointment set up for June 10th that the guy said he had open for 3:00 so I showed up early to get told they didn't see where I was scheduled but after giving my date of birth they found my appointment made and said it was for the 26 of june... I clearly heard and wrote down the day and time to make sure I wouldn't forget and it would be hard to confuse the 26 with the 10 they definitely don't sound alike
