They told us our order pickup would be ready at 9:27 PM and after and additional 20 minutes of my girlfriend sitting in their parking lot someone came out and told her they wouldn't be able to get it done tonight. Pretty ridiculous that there was no communication and they wasted our time by having her sit in the parking lot while they did.... Nothing? Naturally when I called to speak to someone about this I was transferred to numerous people who I was told would be able to help me but nothing came of that. If you're going to offer a service and not fulfill it, you need to communicate with your customers.

My step daughter was recently terminated like maybe 5 hours ago for a "no call no show" after she was released from the hospital for being in a car accident. I just want to know if this is a corporate policy to fire someone for having a medical emergency or if this was a corrupt expression of power from the store manager either way this is not a very good look on walmart as a whole and I just want others in my area to be aware that the ft wright location has some incredibly shady and despicable practices concerning the employees whom work hard to make sure that the company receives a profit. Good job ?

This location has its good and bad points… it’s Walmart and they NEVER have enough checkouts open and there are Countless amounts of employees standing around doing NOTHING and the lines of customers are ridiculously long and yet they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! It’s never stocked well, the employees are useless because WALMART treats their employees like garbage! Inside the store stinks 90% of the time!

Big store can usually find things that I can't find at my local store and this time paid off. My husband takes a specific over-the-counter vitamin mineral combination that I can't get for some reason at the local two stores. So I travel the hour to there and found two bottles on the shelf and got them both and the price was cheaper

This cake was Puurrrfect ! Absolutely gorgeous cake. The designs was Eye popping, A lot of patience went into this cake. I was shown this cake before it was handed over and I can honestly say I did look but I was in such a rush, I didn't notice his name was apart of the design. I knew this location would deliver a smile to my baby's face, being that his birthday was yesterday and this isn't my store.

This Walmart has improved. It is cleaner than previously and appears to be better stocked.
