In the past, I always dreaded coming to ATT mostly because of the wait, and I usually left more confused than when I came in. Not so with this branch. Staff is expedient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are also patient, which I admire.

Alec at the AT&T store on Jett Blvd in Frankfort, KY was especially nice, helpful, & explained switching from T-mobile to AT&T in detail. He made the switch for us flawlessly. I would highly recommend working with him.
