It's AT&T. Can't talk to a human on the phone. Just bought a new phone less then 2 months ago, and back of the phone cracked and I have Protect Insurance on it and I'm told I have to pay $200.00 for a replacement??

Taj at the Frankfort ATT retail store was very professional and very attentive to my needs and concerns. She was a very active listener and very patient with me as I upgraded my phone. Her customer service was great and the best I’ve seen in a long time.

Be very careful when trading in your phone and getting a new one don't believed by what the the staff tells you, they say one thing and do something else I was under the understanding that I was getting a new phone with the trade in on my new phone which was brand new and was Advised that if I trade plans that my phone would be free not until I got my bill did I know that I am back to making payments on another phone. Nothappy. I advised that I would like to get my old phone back so I wouldn't have to make payments,w as told impossible. Would like to go back to my old plan

Taj is amazing! My husband and I got off our parents plan, on to our own plan, and upgraded phones and Taj made it as painless as possible. So patient and so helpful!!

Not helpful at all. Refused to download from a new phone to another phone. No one else in the store but without insurance would not that the time to transfer. Send me to Lexington, Ky. To Apple store. Which were very helpful.

Traded phone in, employee credited wrong account for the phone we traded in. 3 1/2 months later still trying to get it corrected. Manager assured me a week ago that she was taking care of it. Still not done. All they have to do is go in and correct the invoice with the correct phone number. Manager is either not there or not available when I call or go in.

Every time I have any phone or account issues Ross stops what’s he doing to help but more important he fixes theses issues within minutes. Having that professional assistance is priceless to me and others. Ross has NEVER shown one side of frustrations or negative responses to helping me and others while in store. I’m a professional who thinks positive / excellent professionals MUST be recognized for the perfect service verses upset customers who take frustrations out on others that are not appropriate.Please take the time to share his service and dedication is priceless!!Please warrant with a monitory increase in pay!!Thank youPaul Johnson

Josh, the store manager, is amazing! Great to work with. He was super sweet and willing to work with you on understanding any questions you may have. I would go back to Josh in heartbeat!!!The other gentlemen (skinny, brown hair, and ugly taste in shoes) who works here (he was there December 07, 2022 and December 09, 2022) is nasty and not friendly in any way I personally would avoid him. I know i am not a big technical savvy person, but he treated me like I was stupid. That is not appropriate. And while sitting here on (12/09/2022) he talked down to other consumers. I am not fan.It is worth the wait to deal with Josh.
