“O'Reilly has generally been my go to for auto parts for years. Service by their associates has always been good and they in general seem to be knowledgeable and well trained. Prices on parts I go for are often less than competitors. 8 times out of 10 when I need something the store I go to doesn't have in stock, they can get it there that same day from another nearby store.
The only thing I would like to recommend to them and see them do is offer an app for both android phones and iPhones. It would make things much easier for customers and give them more opportunity to jump ahead of their competitors that already have apps available.”
