Other places wouldn't answer the phone or return a call. Final Touch is where we will be going from now on for any of our automotive accessory needs. Best service in town!!”

“Had my breaks and roters changed out and was charged fairly. I dropped my car off in the AM, and it was finished before I got off work. Very friendly staff and they don't hound you to do stuff to your car that's not needed. I trust them with my vehicle repairs.”
“Was on our way from Indiana to Red River Gorge, had a check engine light come on, stopped into O'Reilly on Versailles in Frankfort, the Manager, Philip, hooked up the scanner, we diagnosed, and I was able to swap put the MAF sensor in the parking lot. “Working with Matt was easy. He kept me updated. No comments on the cost, because he worked directly with the insurance. All I had to do was drop my car, pick it up, and pay the deductible. Came back in great condition and cleaner than I left it.
He also did additional work on the interior. Replaced a visor clip and air conditioning vent. Cost $165 with parts and labor.”

“Chuck and the team were great in helping me when my engine started to fail on my way to Louisville from Lexington! They figured out that one of my cylinders had completely failed, which is not a good scenario... They referred me to the local car shop in town and didn't charge me a thing because of how unfourtunate this situation was. They squeezed me in when I had no appointment and just showed up to get help. Thank you guys!”
“I came in with a missing tag light, and Brian Lee helped me with everything. I told him I didn’t know anything about anything, and he came out to check the model of my car, find the part I needed in store. Then he went above and beyond, he found a YouTube video showing how to fix it, grabbed tools in store and went outside and replaced it for me. He was extremely nice and personable, and I will be visiting this store again just for him. Thank you Brian Lee!!!”

“I was having car trouble — it wouldn’t start, and I thought it might be the battery. I called to let them know I was having my car towed in and to ask if they could do a battery check. Even though they were fully booked, they still promised to fit me in to at least check the battery. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days! They went above and beyond to help me out when I really needed it. I truly appreciate their honesty, kindness, and willingness to make time — highly recommend this shop!”

“I must say that the experience I had today with the guys in the tire center was amazingly great! The blonde hair guy(wish I got his name) he was so professional and took the time to explain the damage to my tire and why it was damaged not only that he took a picture to show me the inside of the tire which was terrible. The guy at the checkout in the tire department was also very nice .Made my day to be treated kind and important.Thank you for being so nice and making my day a little brighter! Most of the time people are just mean thanks for making a difference.”
