“This place was great! Needed to figure out what was wrong with my front end, they got me in and fixed fairly quickly and was happy with the service, good people, cool environment.
UPDATE- second time coming to 1Stop and not only did they get everything done in a timely manner but they helped me so much because I was in a position not to be able to afford the full amount. They called different part shops, haggled, and did everything they could and now I am getting my baby fixed. This is my second time here but I told this lady I will never bring my car anywhere else! Highly recommend. Professional and respectable business who knows their stuff, I can't begin to explain how thankful I am!!”

“I took my Buick in and thought they would have to replace the entire wire harness (this was my diagnosis not a mechanic's) he quickly located the issue and fixed the SUV within two days for a huge fraction of the cost that I had figured I would end up paying. “Our car broke down just as we pulled into the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. We called Rodney, and he relayed his sympathy, recalling the story from when he was a small child, and his father breaking down. He helped us get a tow truck and immediately worked on the vehicle to determine what was needed. The next morning, he had it fixed within one hour of having the part. Great service, really friendly people and a credit to the auto repair industry.

“I've been using Wilson's for many years now and I hate to think where I'll go if I switch cities! The guys out there are extremely knowledgeable and polite, but more importantly, they are honest and trustworthy. I have no fear at all of being taken advantage of because I'm a woman, which is sometimes the case where cars are concerned. Mike and Jeff are always upfront and forward about costs, and are careful to talk me through the why and how of fixing my car's problems, instead of just rattling off automative terms and giving no justification for price and labor. These guys are great mechanics who I recommend to everybody I know.”

“I was having car trouble — it wouldn’t start, and I thought it might be the battery. I called to let them know I was having my car towed in and to ask if they could do a battery check. Even though they were fully booked, they still promised to fit me in to at least check the battery. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days! They went above and beyond to help me out when I really needed it. I truly appreciate their honesty, kindness, and willingness to make time — highly recommend this shop!”
