“I’ve been with PNC for years - someone in another state tried to charge on my card number, and they denied the charges and called me. Lost my debit card? They’ll make me one on the spot. Let be the people in Frankfort but honestly every PNC bank I go into the people are nice. I wish there was a drive by ATM at Kroger, but I can live without out. Love this bank.”
“I switched to ccu a couple months ago after being with pnc bank and they have been nothing but amazing I had pnc since I was 16 with my first job and over the last year with them they let my account get hacked 3 times by only asking simple questions about me anyone could figure out before giving out my information it’s the complete opposite with ccu they actually take the time to verify it’s actually me there dealing with they care about there customers and there customers money since I’ve been with ccu which has only been a couple months I have nothing but amazing things to say I have recommended them to all the people I know and most have switched ccu will protect you and your money no matter what and they are always there to help. This is hands down the best bank to go to and I highly recommend switching to the if you care about protecting you and your money”
“CCU is top notch service and we were blessed to get James Williams as our loan officer at the Louisville Rd Branch. We were in a tight timeline and James came into the office on his day off (Saturday) just so we could meet to sign papers and keep the process rolling without delay. He is an amazing communicator and kept us up to date on the progress of the loan. Not only would I highly recommend CCU I would recommend reaching out to Mr. Williams. A+++ service.”
