“I unfortunately am not a member of this credit union but 2 of the loan officers came to my rescue today in 28 degree weather, high winds so cold you could see your breath. Brandon & Todd were extremely helpful and very nice to me as they changed my tire that I had flatten last night. I just wanted to give a shout out to them for going above & beyond!! “I switched to ccu a couple months ago after being with pnc bank and they have been nothing but amazing I had pnc since I was 16 with my first job and over the last year with them they let my account get hacked 3 times by only asking simple questions about me anyone could figure out before giving out my information it’s the complete opposite with ccu they actually take the time to verify it’s actually me there dealing with they care about there customers and there customers money since I’ve been with ccu which has only been a couple months I have nothing but amazing things to say I have recommended them to all the people I know and most have switched ccu will protect you and your money no matter what and they are always there to help. This is hands down the best bank to go to and I highly recommend switching to the if you care about protecting you and your money”
