Usually enjoy going. Went in today and the 2 employees didn’t acknowledge me, wouldn’t help me get my bath truffles, and instead ate tacos with some random person. Will be finding somewhere else to get my bath supplies this was so rude.

The store is clean and well organized. The staff always acknowledges you when you walk in and is available if you need help finding something or have questions. There are a wide variety of scents here for various products including soaps, lotions, and oils. I only gave 3 stars due to this company uses synthetic fragrance in a lot of their products instead of just the essential oils which has been proven to be unhealthy. They do offer unscented versions of most products that you can buy though if you want to avoid it.

Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I walked in, the guy working there looked at us and kept making laundry soap. Never once acknowledged us. He had long brown hair. As a fellow buff city fan, I am very disappointed in the atmosphere and customer service in this store.

as far as i can remember i’ve never written a review for a business before, but i just want to brag about the over all quality of everything i’ve tried here. laundry detergent: literally my clothes in my closet, even a week after washing, still smell like the detergent and feel clean. bath bomb: was great for my sensitive skin & smelled wonderful. bath salt: also wonderfully fragranced, as well as felt relaxing. scrub & bar soap: left my skin soft, radiant, & unbothered from ingredients. for hand made and generally inexpensive products, it’s worth the buy.

The smell alone when you walk on will make you want to buy the whole store !!! Absolutely amazing products and made in house .

just left and can say that was the best experience. right from start to finish everyone was so friendly and so involved. they let my son make his own truffle which he loved! started out as just coming to look around to leaving very happy customers. Will be back soon!

A lot of variety of amazing smells and visually appealing soaps. There's even a section for kids. You can get body butter and shower oil for after the shower. Bath bombs and laundry detergent too. The staff has been very friendly the two times I've visited.

I heard the advertisement on the radio saying $5.00 soap (Friday thru this Thursday the advertisement said @ all Lexington and Frankfort stores.So I stopped in, I asked an associate she said yes all bars are $5.00. I get my soap and go to the register to pay and it was not $5.00 The manager said no we don't have $5.00 soap. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING
