The pharmacist here needs a different profession! My husband has extreme adhd. We live in Danville, his doctor was working in Lexington and then switched jobs- now working in Frankfort. My husband went to get prescription filled here, whilst in line he overheard the customer in front of him getting yelled at and hammered by the pharmacist. Tell him she doesn’t care what the doctor said it’s up to her! If this isn’t a misuse of authority I don’t know what is! I get that’s it’s not illegal to refuse to refill prescriptions but there should be a bigger reason other than the fact she doesn’t want to! She then proceeded to tell my husband that because he lives in Danville and went to the doctor in Lexington but now in Frankfort she won’t fill his prescription? What is she really trying to insinuate? His doctor moved you old sour puss!!! Craziness. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I’m also going to report to the BBB. They should be SHUT DOWN, and IF NOT COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN, the PHARMACIST SHOULD BE FIRED!

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY A PHARMACY! I’m assuming it’s because I transferred my MAT medication because every other pharmacy in my town is totally out! My insurance requires me to be locked in to a certain pharmacy and doctor and it’s a whole ordeal to change. I was lied to MULTIPLE times by Ms.Angie and have been on the phone bothering my insurance company over and over for something that I couldn’t correct and only they could and I had to call 10 times before anyone was willing to try to do something. Seems like they’re very judgemental people! I am not sure but I’ll definitely not be using this pharmacy. If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD!!

Newly transfered customer and just received my home delivery today... this was the absolute best experience from the pharmacists to the pharmacy driver John! Thank you so much! EVERYBODY SHOULD DO THEIR BUSINESS THERE!

Since switching to Capital Pharmacy when I moved here. I have always had excellent care and customer service every single time. I have been with CP for 3 years now. Hands down the best hometown pharmacy around Frankfort. Skip the national chains.

Making me wait over a week to replace my CPAP machine because they require "training and fitment" for a machine I've used for 12 years already. I don't need training or a fitment. I know how to use it and I know my size mask. Meanwhile, I'm using a CPAP that has been recalled because it can leak a cancer-causing chemical into the air I am breathing. But I guess that's less important than getting a required training on how to use a CPAP that I've been using for 12 years.

Traveling from out of town and broke my CPAP mask. Employees were not helpful at all because I was not a patient there. All I needed was a mask and they informed me I would have to pay out of pocket unless I was a patient there. Not very professional at all.

Pleasant Meadow Assisted Living has done business since we opened for over 6 years with Capital Pharmacy. Aaron & his entire staff are extremely helpful and cater to our residents’ every need on a timely basis! We appreciate them!
