“I went into the JCPenney in Frankfort in need of a casual business ensemble: jacket, dress shirt, tie, pants, and shoes. My wife and I were in the beginning stages of trying to figure out what we could put together and starting to come to the realization that there is more to this, like collar measurements, arm length measurements, styles and so on. We were approached by Judy who offered some advice after hearing our discussion while she was straightening up displays near us. Judy assisted us in sizing, color coordination, my concerns about comfort as well as matching ties, and selecting shoes. I left there with everything I needed. I appreciated her care and her service so much! I know that anyone that goes in there to the men’s department will be in very competent hands with her. So listen, ask for Judy.
