Terrible for getting an auto loan It took over a week to approve loan, then harassed about proof of insurance a month after loan approval.

Complete waste of my time! Was working with Jimmy Atkins and dragged along thinking I had a chance of getting a loan. LLC looking to get a loan for investments with in state and out of state members. They still ran a credit check on every member BEFORE being denied for having out of state members. No official denial letter or email received.... I'm not sure if he did anything, maybe just ran a credit check.... Shouldn't you confirm with your loan committee before wasting people's time....?

I have banked here for over a decade. Once they transitioned to online banking the customer service here has fell completely off. if you don't have internet or a phone they won't help you. you have to have a internet connection and a working phone to do anything on the app. I don't want to use the app I want good customer service from a Company that says they see you differently. Looks like that's a lie. Just help the customer and find a way to make it right. This bank is horrible. Closing my account, and taking my business to a local community bank who cares about older values.

Don't bother, drive-through permanently closed. It's an ATM with a face. They said they want you to come inside and be face-to-face now. UK Federal Credit Union has a drive-through at every location. They'll offer a promotion for leave CCUKY since they closed all their drive-throughs

They pull a hard credit inquiry when opening a new checking account. Any "normal " bank won't or if they do it would be a soft pull...annoying thanks for dropping credit score. Can't get a real person on phone. On hold 25 minutes. Pulling my funds and going elsewhere

I switched to ccu a couple months ago after being with pnc bank and they have been nothing but amazing I had pnc since I was 16 with my first job and over the last year with them they let my account get hacked 3 times by only asking simple questions about me anyone could figure out before giving out my information it’s the complete opposite with ccu they actually take the time to verify it’s actually me there dealing with they care about there customers and there customers money since I’ve been with ccu which has only been a couple months I have nothing but amazing things to say I have recommended them to all the people I know and most have switched ccu will protect you and your money no matter what and they are always there to help. This is hands down the best bank to go to and I highly recommend switching to the if you care about protecting you and your money

I've been a mortgage-only customer for the last three years.Do NOT use their mortgage products. I'm not sure if it's their software/tools or if their processes/people lack structure or training. Either way, it shouldn't be my problem. Every year I have to call about a wildly miscalculated escrow projection statement. Last year's projection was so bad that the shortage for this year would DOUBLE my projected monthly escrow payment.Their banking platform (web/app) is just as bad. I discovered a random late charge from seven months ago after viewing my payment breakdown that their banking platform doesn't tell you about. There's no way to pay it online as there is zero mention of previous balances. I'm somehow still on the hook for that late charge, even though I have never been late. The guy I spoke with said, "it's not hurting you. it can be on your account for the life of your loan or until you pay it.." dude, what?!I'll be looking at refi options this year. Stay far away from this credit union.

Terrible experience with this bank time and time again. Nobody working here is a expert. Nobody can give any information. Called to try and get a fax from my father's death certificate to them and have talked to 3 different people today and not one can even give me a accurate fax number. This bank has been a issue for my father for years. Glad to wash my hands with the Terrible service
