CVS is a popular pharmacy and retail store known for its clean environment and wide selection of items, including some that other stores may not carry. Customers often appreciate the friendly service at the entrance and the helpfulness of staff members, especially pharmacists who provide valuable information about drugs, side effects, and interactions. One pharmacist was noted for being very helpful and informative, which helped a customer make better decisions. However, there are some concerns as well. Customers have reported long lines both at the pharmacy and the vaccine counter, with wait times sometimes leading to mistakes due to the high volume of customers. A negative experience involved a pharmacist speaking loudly, which prompted a transfer of the prescription elsewhere. Many customers have noticed a decline in pharmacy services over recent years, with longer wait times for prescriptions and frequent stock shortages, particularly for children's medications. The drive-thru often becomes backed up, and inside lines can be long, with some prescriptions out of stock, leading to delays. Despite these issues, staff members are generally commended for working hard under pressure. Some concerns are raised about the store’s ownership, as CVS also owns Aetna, which some believe creates a conflict of interest. Overall, CVS remains a well-liked store, but recent supply and staffing challenges have affected the customer experience.
Easy pick up, great deals! Easy shopping experience. Friendly staff.
